Miroshnikov authoritatively explained that there was complete information about his participation in several murders. And that Zirinov will “excite”, and Miroshnikov will be made extreme. Then Miroshnikov concluded a pre -trial agreement on cooperation with the investigation.

In addition to him, Dmitry Sapozhnikov, who had previously served in the special forces of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate, was arrested. At that moment he himself was allegedly on vacation in the United Arab Emirates, and flew to Krasnodar to “solve the problem”. But he was arrested at the airport.

From the testimony of Andrei Miroshnikov followed: in addition to the deputy Zirinov and special forces by Sapozhnikov, the head of the criminal investigation department of Anapa Igor Nekhaenko entered the gang. When Zirinov was detained, Nekhanko managed to hide and has been wanted for more than a year. The gang had its own security company called Van, led by Andrei Miroshnikov. Zirinov came up with the name, deciphering it as "all of our Anapa." During the investigation, Miroshnikov also said that several times a year, Chopovites were taken by bus to Abkhazia, where they fired from firearms. Moreover, their local instructors trained.

The acquired skills were periodically applied in practice. As stated in the text of the sentence to Miroshnikov, the group committed one of the first murders in 2004. On Svoboda Street in Novorossiysk, entrepreneur Salman Nabiev was shot dead. He owned a chain of stores of household appliances "Orbit", and also traded children's goods. His store on Engels Street, 66 liked Zirinov. However, Nabiev did not want to sell his property.

At that moment, Igor Nekhaenko was not yet the head of the threat of Anapa, but by the operative of the Normal Armenia of Novorossiysk. As Andrei Miroshnikov showed, the investigator put his professional knowledge to develop a plan of attempt. Nabiev began to follow, finding out the places of its most frequent appearance. For the murder, they bought a Volkswagen Passat car in the Novo Ukrainian farm near Crimean.

The group had at least two units of weapons: a silent PB 6P9 pistol and a silent rifle “Val”. This weapon is usually used by intelligence. According to the verdict, during the murder of Nabiev, Andrei Miroshnikov was a driver of Volkswagen, and the former police special forces Dmitry Sapozhnikov shot. On December 17, 2004, the entrepreneur received several bullets right on the street and died on the spot. The next 9 years, the murder remained unsolved, which is not surprising: according to the text of the sentence, Zirinov, “being a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory, having extensive ties in various authorities illegally received information about the awareness of law enforcement agencies about the crimes committed by the gang and contributed to the gang members to evade their criminal liability.”

Another crime imputed by Andrei Miroshnikov is an attempt on the deputy. Anapa chieftain Nikolai Nesterenko and the murder of his driver Viktor Zhuk. Cossacks and Armenian diaspora are two Anapa economic clans. In 2012, a conflict broke out between them due to the site on the Anapka River. Zirinov wanted to build another entertainment complex there, but the Cossacks did not give.
