In the near future, the All -Russian public movement "For Putin" will be created. According to Kommersant on Friday, the Constituent Assembly is scheduled for November 15 and will be held in the Tver region. Representatives of initiative groups from all regions in which shares have passed in support of the president will gather there.
Delegations from the regions will arrive at the meeting, decide on the creation of the Putin movement and approve the elected collegial body of the new organization. According to the newspaper, the movement will include lawyer Pavel Astakhov - the only federal public figure who participated in regional rallies in support of Vladimir Putin.
The second stage in the creation of the movement will be the forum of Putin's supporters. It is planned to be held in Moscow on November 21-22. According to the publication, the organizer of the forum will be "United Russia". It is possible that the president himself will attend the event. The forum of supporters will become a central action of the Environmental Russia election campaign.
The Putin movement can become a new non -party network structure capable of, for example, to organize a collection of signatures in support of any presidential candidate, which the current president will “indicate”. In addition, it is possible that this movement will have to formulate and submit on behalf of the people a proposal for a new configuration of power after the election of the parliament and the president, within the framework of which Putin can be assigned the role of the "national leader".
On Thursday, representatives of Moscow public organizations accepted the appeal to Vladimir Putin with a request to lead the country after the end of his presidential powers. The document was adopted at a meeting of metropolitan public organizations.
The signatures of the document ask Putin to remain the "national leader of the country" and "actively influence the country's domestic and foreign policy" after the 2008 presidential election.
The initiators of the meeting were, including, the head of the Moscow Student Center Arthur Savelov (the Center was established by the Committee of the Moscow Government and the capital's universities) and the president of the Evgeny Poplavskaya Order and Social Protection of the Charity Fund (it also heads the advice on the interaction of Moscow authorities with non -governmental organizations).
From the 20s of October, such initiative groups have been conducting rallies and meetings in support of Vladimir Putin throughout the country.
