And at the same time, the government has deputy prime ministers, a dozen ministries, committees and commissions, which somehow oversee this miserable team. Five Klebanovsky giants spread out on budget breads in a way - five agencies, designed to seem to be the interests of such workers of the military sphere as NIIRP.
