Apparently, there is something in the army service itself, which awakens the most brutal historical features in some people. There is a certain flaw in the world barracks. Not everything is okay with the psyche of those whose profession is murder.

In the countries of civilized, society reacts to these manifestations calmly, but tough. Such cases are investigated; The guilty and their commanders are punished. Often this falls into the press, in the section of chronicles or in court reports. And such articles are written for more than one day. For in normal countries, a journalist writing on these topics is least concerned about PR or dreary pride in his army. There is no need to cut. There is a need to figure it out.
