It is clear that the right hand is more expensive than the left, but the left -hander? It is unclear. This is the secret that our prime minister will take with him to the grave - we hope not very soon. The world is known for qualification depending on the loss of disability and, accordingly, on the category of disability. But there are completely different prices. For comparison: the family of an ordinary Russian army, who died in the fulfillment of military duty, is relied by 120 minimum monthly salaries - this is from 100 to 200 thousand rubles. In other words, the maximum that our state pays for the death of a soldier in battle is equal to compensation (in ruble calculus) of the most insignificant wound received by random passers -by during a shooting in the Chechen building, sorry for the quote, parliament.

By the way, do you know how much it is supposed to receive, in accordance with the dictatorship of the law, to get the families of those killed from a flood under the Tuapse? The answer is simple: nothing. Nothing at all. Zero rubles, zero kopecks. And random victims of the attack on the Chechen parliament, too. Houses, mines and metro exploded, entertainment clubs, military headquarters and groups of villages burned, dams and planes fell, militants killed adults and children. But the same algorithm always acted. Putin arrives and gives money. Or Putin calls and gives money. But there is no Putin - and there is no money. So it was while he was preserved. It remains when he appointed himself to be the prime minister.

But this million - from the generosity of the owners, and not according to the law. The law orders to pay 40 thousand rubles from the enterprise and the same amount as insurance compensation. Total: 80 thousand RE for each mining soul. They lost four miners - they purchased some Zhiguli.

For comparison: at the mines of Western Virginia, the USA, on those of them where the performance is quite comparable to the “Department of Disruption”, the law obliges the owners to pay the deceased miners a million dollars - must and unconditionally. Everything else, if families are considered appropriate, they demand through the court. In addition, the owners pay the widow and children the average monthly salary of the deceased. The average annual earnings of the underground worker at the West Virginia Upper Big Branch mine, where on May 25, a methane with human victims occurred, is $ 6,9900. The widow will receive this money for 20 years - if it does not get married again before. Children will receive their share until 19 or 24 years old if they study at school or college.

All this is not goodness, not a donation, but a law. The president of the country does not need to declare his sensitivity every time. However, for the presidents there is freedom of speech: Speak if it is impatient. But throwing taxpayers' money to the personnel of a private mine, dancing in a private club, to support the roots along the power gallery - they certainly will not allow him anything like that.

If you are a Russian and flying on the American Boeing with a ticket for $ 300 over Siberia, if you have a big trouble, then the family will pay one hundred thousand rubles. If you are a Russian and in the same “Boeing” fly over Oklahoma, and trouble happened, then your relatives will receive a million dollars.

How is it? We do not import kerosene, fly our own. The pilots from us get five more American. Stewardesses get a penny at all. Tickets are more expensive. And also additional troubles: you have to tirelessly wander around the expanses of the homeland, from the graveyard to the graveyard, distributing mournful grave.

It is a pity that we have one Putin. There are, of course, other kind people in Russia, but the heart is not right. The daughters of Natalia Estemirova, about whom the Nobel Prize laureates were busy from half a dozen laureates. In consolation, she remained a medal of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.

The medal is called this: "Hurry to do good." Not a million, but also cool.
