Oleg Chizhevsky was interrogated about the apartment, which he rented by a certain Sergey Vetoshko, who later hanged in OP No. 2. Vetoshko arranged a brawl in a rented apartment, and Chizhevsky asked him to free the premises. Then Vetoshko suggested not to return the money to him, but to settle in his place a friend - Ilya Romanov. Subsequently, during a search, a vetoshko computer was seized in this apartment, at which a file with threats to the leadership of the city and the region was discovered, and attribute to the defendant. According to Romanov himself, he never included this computer.
Pyotr Mikhailovich Tykakov explained to the court that Ilya Romanov worked for some time in the reconstruction repair and construction company, the general director of which he, Tykakov, is. During the work of labor, novels had no complaints. Regarding the political and social activities of the defendant, he said that Romanov wrote a statement to the company, but did not take active participation.
The testimonies of Svetlana Volkova are worthy of the greatest attention. Apparently, it is she who will be the key witness to the charges of the case. At the hearing, the girl appeared, accompanied by an FSB officer, with whom she was nicely gracked. At the very beginning of the interrogation, the witness announced her hostile relations to the defendant. The dislike arose with the girl allegedly due to the fact that Romanov harassed her and demanded an intimate relationship, and after the refusal, he dissolved dirty rumors about her. Then she told the court that she met Romanov on the 20th of June 2013 at Peter Mikhailovich Typekov in OJSC “Reconstruction”, where they worked together. Then, according to her, Ilya positioned himself to everyone, the famous terrorist.
Further, the testimony of the witness were such. Svetlana switched to another place of work, to the Part of ABK. And Romanov was kicked out for the appearance in the workplace intoxicated, and she helped him with employment in the same private security company. They went on duty in one shift, and Romanov consumed alcohol every shift, so she never saw it sober. Each time, when alcohol intoxication, he told her that he was in the anarcho-communist terrorist group “The People’s Revolutionary Army”-the NRA, which he dreams of now to revive, and for this he wants to involve young anarchists and the young people in the left-wing to the war against the current government and teach them their craft-the manufacture of explosives.
Apparently, he decided to start attracting with Svetlana, because, according to her, he shared with her a recipe for the manufacture of explosives. It is worth noting that in the protocols of two interrogations that took place a few months after Romanov’s arrest, this recipe was supposed to be allegedly from her words, but she was unable to reproduce it even after re -reading.
Svetlana also claimed that Romanov asked her to buy hydrogen peroxide for him in large quantities, for the manufacture of explosives - acetone peroxide, but because the girl hesitated and did not buy, he acquired it himself. In accordance with the testimony of the witness, he dragged the bags of acetone to the work of Romanov and even conducted tests on the construction site next to the object that they guarded - a hospital No. 5, from there she, according to her, heard claps, and then saw outbursts. Once a colleague generally spread the fire into human growth of paper, in which, according to her assumption, he kept explosives, directly opposite the entrance to the hospital, from where she released visitors at 2.00 in the night, while no one noticed such a conflagration except her.
Svetlana did not fail to mention Ilya Romanov’s dating in an opposition environment. She said that he talked with the activists of the left front, the Rot Front and the “Labor Nizhny Novgorod”. Allegedly, he spoke a lot about the National-Bolshevik party, which, it is worth noting, is prohibited throughout the Russian Federation as extremist, while in the testimony of Svetlana the NBP did not seem to be that ceased to exist after the ban, but as an actively operating one. The witness also claimed that the defendant discussed with the anarchists what to do with the decision of the administration on the cutting of the park named after I.P. Kulibin. At the same time, she mentioned that Romanov told her that in the early 2000s he undermined the equipment in the Neskuchny Garden in Moscow, protesting against development.
In addition, during the interrogation it turned out that Svetlana, as it were, by accident, returning from work on October 26, 2013, passed the place of the explosion, as a result of which Romanov was torn off the hand, and was also accidentally attracted by police officers as a realized place of incident.
After the interrogation of this witness, the side of the defense arose more than reasonable suspicions that her testimonies were obviously false and were given not without the influence of FSB officers in order to falsify the criminal case.
