On the traditional route

On January 13, a procession will be held, to which everyone who recently adopted by the Duma, supported by the Federation Council and signed by Putin, prohibits the US citizens to adopt Russian children. The organizers of the event agreed with the mayor of the procession route - from Pushkinskaya Square to Academician Sakharov Avenue. "Daily Journal" talked about the upcoming procession with people involved in its organization.

Peter Tsarkov, activist of "Solidarity", member of the Coordinating Council, one of the co -advisers of the action:

In connection with the holidays, we did not have enough time for a full -fledged negotiation process. On December 29, we submitted a notification to the city hall about the event, then the holidays began, and on January 9 it turned out to be actually the first working day, when we were forced to solve all the necessary issues. If we did not agree to any of the options proposed by the mayorality, we would most likely not have been able to agree on the action, because there were less than three days before the event, and in such conditions a contradiction of the 54th law (“On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets.”-“HD”), as a rule, shares are not agreed. We proceeded from the fact that we need to hold the action in any case, and considered it not a very acceptable situation in which the action would not be agreed, as it was December 15. Understanding that people want to go out and express a protest, we considered it possible to agree with one of the options proposed by the mayor, and I, having the necessary powers, signed the relevant documents about the event.

The procession will begin on Pushkinskaya Square, will pass through the passionate Boulevard, Petrovsky, Christmas, Sretensky and parts of Academician Sakharov Avenue to the Garden Ring. The garden ring is the extreme point. We agreed that the gathering of people will take place on Pushkinskaya Square, at the beginning of the passionate boulevard, from 13.00 to 14.00. Further, people can start moving, and we agreed on the time on the aforementioned route for about two and a half hours, that is, people will be able to go through the route until 16.30.

Of course, the proposed option is not perfect. In the event that we had the necessary time, we could abandon the proposals of the city hall, formulate our proposals and then bargain. But we considered that at the moment the main thing is to give people the opportunity to reach the agreed action and express their opinion. So let the route be traditional-for the third time we will go through it-the most important thing is that the action still takes place.

On December 10, the organizers were invited to the city hall to discuss the order of the event. The city hall will have representatives of utilities, Moscowgort, Main Department of Internal Affairs, various special services, and we will be able to speak all subtle moments, difficulties with the passage of individual sections, issues of inspecting people.

We plan to name every scoundrel on this action, that is, every person who participated in the adoption of the “anti -magnet law” - every deputy and senator, well, the president. On the posters there will be photos of these people and the inscription "Shame!".

Among the organizers of disagreements about this idea. Formally, the organizers of this event are five people: two civilian activists - Ekaterina Tarakanova and Olga Belkova - representative of Leonid Razvozhaeva in the Constitutional Court Evgenia Tretyakova, Alexander Ryklin and I. We are unanimous in the fact that the Podpoltsov should be called and presented to society. There are various opinions in society, they are discussed on the Internet, but the organizers are one in this matter.

Ekaterina Tarakanova and Olga Belkova did not previously participate in the preparation of protest events. They came to us, people who were engaged in the training, the organization of all past protests, with a proposal to hold on January 13 a march dedicated to the adoption of the Law of Plotsy. We supported their initiative. They took over part of the work on informing people on the Internet, on the preparation of campaigning, and working with volunteers. It turns out that we are now preparing this action by joint efforts. The coordination council is not directly related to the preparation of the action, I participate in my personal quality. Naturally, many members of the KS support this idea, but it was initiated by ordinary people, caring citizens.

The collection of signatures is planned to be a collection of signatures - in the continuation of the “new newspaper” collection of signatures for the dissolution of the Duma, we will distribute to people the ballots in which there will be two questions: “Do you support the dissolution of the State Duma?” And "Do you support the cancellation of the" Law of the Schools "?" Within an hour, until the procession begins, people who have gone through the framework of metal detectors will be able to get ballots. They will vote and put ballots in the bins at the exit from the event. The resulting result will be added to the database that is now being formed in Novaya Gazeta. We hope that tens of thousands of people who come to the action will vote in such a way that the number of signatures against the law and for the dissolution of the Duma will increase significantly. People will also have the opportunity to declare a video camera about their support for the main slogans of the action. The records will be processed, and these people will also be added to the overall list. I recall the campaign on Trubnoye during the elections in the Constitutional Court, in the organization of which I took part: several tents were installed there, in which you could register on the website of the Central Electoral Committee, verify and vote. As the chairman of the CVC Leonid Volkov later said, this was the largest polling station. More signatures than a plot on Trubnaya, did not collect a single plot in the country. There are quite a lot of people who cannot vote over the Internet, and we provide them with such an opportunity on our site.

Nadezhda Mityushkina, activist of "Solidarity":

For a long time I can’t be the applicant, because I have been detained many times. But I continue to participate in the organization of protest events, they keep me in the know. My area of ​​responsibility is a security group, interaction with the police. There may always be provocations, people with posters and symbols that do not correspond to the topic of the event. There may be a situation when the police behave inappropriately, as was May 6. During marches, the problem often arises directly with the participants - many very passionately break forward and interfere with the movement of the column. It is very difficult with television journalists, they do not listen to what they are told, move as they see fit. Like any other event, there are problems related to passing through the framework: how people will behave, how the police will behave, what will be allowed, what is prohibited, how carefully the inspection will be carried out. If the inspection is carried out very carefully, then the time is strongly delayed, and the people who are already in the columns and are ready to go are not withstanding. There are dangerous places on the boulevards-for example, there are steps and a flimsy fence on Trubnaya Square before the boulevard: if people go there, they can damage themselves. This means that it is necessary to put special people there so that they make sure that the people go around the boulevard. Much depends on whether the police will close stores in the course of movement, whether the barriers will protect dangerous places like large windows. For example, on May 6, stores were supposed to be closed, but they were not closed, which means that provocateurs can go there and buy anything, from glass bottles to scissors. Such things are discussed before each event, but sometimes between what they agreed, and what is in reality, there is a difference. It is important whom the police will be appointed responsible for the event. I do not want to name the names, but there are among the representatives of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate those with whom you can work normally, who really makes efforts to ensure that the column passes normally, but there are those with whom it is difficult to interact.

I believe that the route that managed to agree on is acceptable. The negotiation participants did a good job. For the event on December 15, we were also offered this route, but it was primarily a political event with global slogans, and the idea of ​​going to the center, to the Kremlin, was important to us. This time there is a very specific reason, a specific law that outraged a lot, and we considered that it is more important for us to attract people.

The idea with photographs of the deputies seems unsuccessful to me. This idea has some kind of “our”, totalitarian character, similar to the “enemies of the people”. No one is safe from fools and provocateurs who can begin to tear and trample these photos. Then we will have to explain what we did not mean.

It doesn’t matter to me what formal organizers think about this. Formal organizers and formal organizers that they must negotiate with the authorities so that the event can take place. After that, it seems to me, a discussion should be held, the public should make a decision. We should not leave the idea regarding the content of the action at the discretion of formal organizers. I hope that common sense will prevail, and this unsuccessful idea will be rejected.

I do not presume to predict how many people can come to the rally. At the end of December, after the law was adopted, it seemed to me that many were ready to go out. Let's see how many people have cooled over the holidays.
