Attacked the wrong one

The reason for initiating the case was the releases of the television program “Moment of Truth” dated August 28 and September 25, 2005. They claimed that due to the fault of deputy Alexander Lebedev, aircraft factories in the country are idle, and the parliamentarian himself was accused of fraud and misappropriation of budget funds allocated for aircraft leasing. After the broadcast, Alexander Lebedev asked the Prosecutor General's Office to study the stories. The authorities unexpectedly zealously took up the investigation and tentatively recognized the allegations regarding Lebedev as “false and discrediting his honor and dignity.”
