And the main sadness of this experience is precisely the fact that people like Torshin are responsible for the fight against terrorism: preoccupied not so much to the struggle against terrorism as by concealment of crimes of their own administration. That’s why, although for a long time there are no alive neither Hattaba, nor Basayev, terrorism and is breaking in us like a plague wand.

All these issues were covered by many -stringed empty chatter (a variety of deaf silence) by Torshin's commission ...

I’m afraid that the Norwegians will have to do without our experience: in their parliament there is simply no analogue to Senator Torshin.
