A return to the Minsk format, of course, is inevitable, diplomacy will work, negotiations will be ongoing, but there can be no talk of any fixation of new, third lines of delimitation.

This is the first cause of what is happening, and the second is that terrorists need small victories, because otherwise it is difficult for them to justify the complete failure in the economy and organizing peaceful life. They constantly need war and advance. Perhaps there is also a moment of change of power, since according to rumors coming from the DPR, Zakharchenko lost the trust of Russia, they are considered poorly controlled and want to replace Basurin. In order to “promote” which this operation is started, since it is Basurin who acts as a speaker for all events. ”
