The sensation was the statement of Alexei Kudrin about the unwillingness to work in the future government, which the former president should be headed by. The Minister of Finance drew a very joyless picture of an impending disaster: impossible social obligations, a gigantic deficit of the Pension Fund, an adventurous calculation that transcendental oil prices will cover inefficient waste. But as the main reason for disagreements with Medvedev, he, an amazing thing, called the growth of military expenses.

According to Kudrin, decisions on the issues of defense order to equip the army, monetary allowance, pensions for military personnel and equip the defense complex of industry in 2012 increase budget expenditures by about 1.3% of GDP, and taking into account the growth of these expenses in the coming years in 2014, compared with 2014, such an increase will be 3% of GDP or 2.1 trillion. rubles. “This is financing in 2011 of the entire education system, including all universities, all secondary schools, all special educational institutions. That is, in three years we are an amount equal to the amount of financing of the entire education, we transfer additionally for military expenses, ”he explained.

In fairness, we note that the growth of military spending was approved by Medvedev, but by Putin. What the future president has repeatedly resembled the audience during his gatherings with an asset of the Popular Front. So the words about disagreements personally with Medvedev are nothing more than a figure of speech. In fact, Kudrin does not want to be responsible for the impending financial disaster prepared by the Putin government. And the topic of military expenses, I am sure, arose here it is no coincidence. It is difficult to find a more obvious example of meaningless addiction of money than the so -called weapons program costing from nearly 20 trillion rubles. She was approved, despite the fact that all previous weapons programs were failed. They try to implement it in conditions when, due to the contradictions between the Ministry of Defense and the military industry regarding pricing, state defense orders are torn for 2010 and 2011. And Vladimir Putin is responsible for all this, certainly no less than Dmitry Medvedev. After all, just during the years of Putin's rule, a system of organization of military industry was created, which is a parody of the Soviet military -industrial complex. Several hundred enterprises were driven into the corporations belonging to the state, a kind of Soviet defense ministries. As a result, all the incentives for competition were killed. Moreover, one relatively effective enterprise came a dozen factories close to bankruptcy. As a result, in the price of any “product”-missiles, armored personnel carrier, fighter-they put not only the content of the pig farm of a particular plant, but also the losses of a neighboring bankrupt plant.

Until recently, Kudrin demonstrated his readiness to pay all this indecency. And suddenly he was enraged. Obviously, the number of mess has grown into quality. Since the Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov rests with his last strength and does not want to conclude stuffed contracts on the terms of the military -industrial complex, Kudrin turned out to be extremely. And he is anyone, just not an idiot. And yet it’s too late, I decided to leave the ship that gave a clear leak.

It is more or less obvious that until now the Putin regime survived thanks to the intellectuals that went into service. Those who, like Kudrin, said: "You can’t spend money on this, they are stealing." But thieves, which is natural, turned out to be more successful. The curl has to leave. The first went.
