Another attack by the guards of a motorcade with flashing lights on the driver of a car that did not let him through occurred in Moscow. As Gazeta.Ru reports, a BMW with license plates of the permanent mission of the Republic of Ingushetia rammed a Toyota that did not allow it to pass, and security with pistols threatened the driver with violence. The victim named Alexey told representatives of the Federation of Car Owners of Russia about the incident. The incident occurred on November 28 in the evening at the 50th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. When Alexey and his friend Ekaterina were driving in the leftmost lane, a BMW 7 Series with license plate A506MR97 and its flashing lights on caught up with them from behind. Alexey began to change lanes into the next lane, but the BMW, without waiting, turned sharply to the right, began overtaking and crashed into his Toyota. Alexey stopped and called the traffic police. At this time, a Porsche Cayenne SUV stopped next to the BMW. Several strong men in black leather jackets got out of the cars. Alexey filmed the conversation with them on his mobile phone. The men spoke rudely to him, complained that he dared not give way to them, and offered five thousand rubles, which he refused. Then a Subaru Legacy pulled up, after which the BMW and Porsche Cayenne fled. A man got out of the Subaru, took out a gun and began to threaten Alexey and hit the glass with the handle of the weapon. Alexey drove to the nearest traffic police post, Subaru followed him. At the post, Alexey told the traffic police officers how it happened, and the man from Subaru stated that he would tear Alexey up. He was detained, taken to the police department, his documents were checked and released. Subsequently, the head of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Mozhaisky district of Moscow told Gazeta.Ru that Alexey was threatened with a pistol by an employee of one of the capital’s private security companies, who has an official permit to carry a traumatic weapon. As for BMW, its number is assigned to the People's Assembly of the Republic of Ingushetia, which is headed by Mahmud Sakalov. A source close to the leadership of the government of Ingushetia told Gazeta.Ru that Sakalov himself does not drive this car and, apparently, gave it to someone to ride. True, experts claim that the machine is assigned not to Sakalov himself, but to the entire legislative body of the republic.
