Rosneft's subsidiary RN-Razvitie became the winner of the auction for the sale of 9.44 percent of the shares of Rosneft and promissory notes of OJSC Yuganskneftegaz in the amount of 3.6 billion rubles, which belonged to Yukos and were put up for auction as part of the bankruptcy procedure. The lot went under the hammer for 197 billion 840 million 245 thousand 514 rubles. Two bidders took part in the auction: Rosneft and TNK-BP. The intrigue is that initially it was not clear whose interests RN-Razvitie represented - a week ago Kommersant journalists found out that it was just a subsidiary of Rosneft.
