The Perovsky Court of Moscow was never able to begin consideration of the merits of the claim of veteran Viktor Semenov against Alexander Podrabinek in connection with the latter’s article “As an anti-adviser to anti-advisers...”, published in the Daily Journal. At the last hearing, the court sent a request to the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media about whether “Daily Journal” is a mass media (the pro-Kremlin movement “Nashi,” representing a third party in the court, demanded that the site be held accountable along with the author of the article). The answer has not yet arrived. Then “Nashi” demanded to find out who the site was registered to, and the court sent a corresponding request. The next meeting will take place on January 27.
