"Boques oh side-2021" will be held in the online format

More than thirty films from different countries will be shown from November 11 to 25 at the 14th annual LGBT-cinophilic festival "BOC ON BOK". This year, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation, the festival is completely held in the online format. The main topics of the festival are body positive, art activism and emigration of LGBT people.

33 game, documentary, animated and short films from Russia, France, Belgium, Philippines, Canada, Germany, Estonia, the USA and other countries, winners and nominees of various film awards will be presented to the Brok about the side - 2021. All films are translated and subtracted specifically for the festival "BOK ON BOK".

In the competitive program “Made in Russia”, Russian short films on LGBTs will take part, including “fans” of Seva Galkin about the scandalous history of gay-gomophobes, “never tell anyone about this” Katerina Sedlyarova, revealing the intercepts, “Hello, I” of Anastasia shalai about the life of transgender people.

The top films: “Firebird” about the love triangle in the Soviet Army, “The potato dreams of America” is a biographical story with the elements of the grotesque, “metamorphoses”-the Philippine meditative ribbon about the intercess teenage and its family.

In the section of documentary films, such paintings as “Voinarovich”-about the legendary artist and activist David Voilrovich, the body-positive film “Full Set”, revealing the history of the search for harmony with his body, “Rainbow lines” about the history of Quir-comics and others will be presented.

Also in the program of discussions and meetings with the creators of the films. Among the topics of the discussions are body-positive, the visibility of the intercoves, the representative of the Quir-Tom in the media.
