It just so happened, unfortunately, that in recent years I often have to communicate with doctors, to be in hospitals and clinics. And I will tell you that the main problem of our medicine is not that there are no drugs or they are expensive, and not that there are not enough elementary equipment itself, and not that medical institutions are peeled and dilapidated. All this is so, but the main thing is that the level of the doctors themselves is catastrophic. A good, current doctor is incredible luck, this is happiness, you cling to him with your arms and legs and then try not to let go. Because there are continuous arrears around, spreading with their hands and giving mutually exclusive recommendations, sometimes incapable of giving any intelligible answers to your questions at all. In addition, most of them also do not care about everything. And when I hear a sacramental phrase about “doctors and teachers” as examples of poverty and underfunding, it’s just ridiculous to me. Because at that moment I recall the doctors of the bombed district hospital, who could not do a damn thing, but who had iPhones and who discussed the trip to the Maldives.

I write all this, because the scandal in the “second honey” hit me for the living. It was always difficult to enter a medical. I remember how my friend, who has never had doctors in a family, had neither money nor Blat, he dedicated the last two years at the school of study, cramming and tutors. He acted and became an excellent traumatologist. Hello a variety of people who came to him without any of my participation, because they go to him from all over Moscow. He wanted to be a doctor, he was honestly preparing, he studied normally, and he became a doctor.

Surely such guys were among those who wanted to study in Pirogovka. Perhaps there were even many of them. But they physically could not get to the university. Because the places in it were already prepared for others. Who have acquaintances that have “extra” 400 thousand rubles. Who will then learn exactly the same “left” way and become “doctors” who do not spit on everything, who are ruining people, but at the same time drive the Maldives and shine with iPhones.

I believe that in Pirogovka they created not just a criminal system, but a defiantly criminal system, since three quarters of places were reserved under the “ghosts” there. This was somewhat reminded of the director of the School of Petrov, about whom I recently wrote and who, directing, built a mansion for $ 20 million for the stolen money (this was a person worked at school!), He had five cars and a bunch of everything magnificent. And these people from “honey” were just as open, turning a medical institute into a printing press for banknotes.

But there is some difference between just scam and such a scam. You can’t take people who do not know how to extinguish a fire in firefighters. You can not plant for the helm of a man who does not know how to fly. You can not trust a person to manage a person without rights. You can not take the criminal to the police. And in the same way it is impossible to accept people to a medical university, who will then send thousands of people to the other world. These people from Pirogovka deliberately at risk of future lives. I am sure that they perfectly understood what a non-man-made doctor was. But for them, these 400 thousand per place were more important than abstract humanism. Therefore, I would qualify their act not just as corruption, not just as an official crime, but as an attempt on national security. If their fault is proved, they are required to get real, long prison terms.
