Anti-terrorism points

Vladimir Putin today signed a decree on measures to counter terrorism, which provides for the creation of a national anti-terrorism committee. In accordance with the document, operational headquarters will be established in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to manage counter-terrorism operations. The committee will be headed by the director of the FSB of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev. But the quality of protection of the population from the terrorist threat, unfortunately, does not change because of the reshuffling of security forces.
