Deputy Isaev (the very one who has an undeclared hotel in Germany, who was entitled to every Russian patriot), was sewn from the plane for a drunken brawl. Since everything happened in Russia, our government does not blame anyone.
The diplomat Borodin, being in the symmetric Isaev with an assistant state, ended up in the Dutch Kutuzka. It all started with the fact that the drunken wife of the diplomat right under the doors of their house demolished four cars, the police who came to understand, heard the neighbors' complaints about how they treated the children and, rising, found a diplomat Borodin in Debilia. The diplomat tried to get his immunity from his pants, and explained to the police who they were, alive, powerful, colorful (and probably the Great Russian, but in some Dutch) language. From the back of the diplomat, young children peered out, for whom the police were scared.
But since everything did not happen on the Aeroflot flight, but in Holland, Vladimir Putin personally demanded an “apology, as well as the punishment of the perpetrators”.
How to substitute this way - I do not understand. It was easy to guess that the diplomat Borodin got into the station because he was in an insane state. Moreover, he continues to be in an insane state, because only in a insane state can be shown on TV on your own, completely clean, forehead and say that he was beaten on his forehead. Apparently, administrative support has the same impact as Russian vodka or what was there.
If the wife of the diplomat was an accident, and the diplomat himself went to the station on the same day, then the country has two options. A normal country is recalling this diplomat and dismisses him with a wolf ticket. And the country with the mentality of the hooligan begins to demand an apology for a worldwide conspiracy, in which the Dutch police, Greenpeace and the Masonicon entered with the aim of compromising an innocent diplomat.
This is Irina-Kostyum-Putin-Berges. Any girl who jumped out to the West has an indisputable personal right to spoil the life of her husband and tell that because of him, people in Norway are in line to rape her child, putting Putin's costume on him. But when the authorities broadcast it, the one who broadcasts is already responsible. And when Putin demands the “punishment of the perpetrators”, and the diplomat on TV indignantly demonstrates his clean forehead and swollen foam, then, alas, Putin is also responsible for this ryushka.
The psychological reason for this behavior is clear: Holland sued Russia for Greenpeace, and in the Kremlin they do not want to feel like defendants. They want to feel like victims of unfair persocrivation. This is a typical pattern of behavior of a hysterical woman. Imagine a tantrum that forgot to turn off the iron and burned the apartment. What will she say to her husband? “You, a bastard, you can’t stroke your own shirt! It's all because of you. ”
Of course, you will say that thieves behave the same. The ability to get to the bottom is the most important pressure on the sucker, and it is this art of the criminal that demonstrates the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The problem is that criminals are buried with benefit for themselves, but tantrums simply cannot differently. So, given that the behavior of Putin and the Foreign Ministry will not bring any conceivable diplomatic advantage, after all, it is more like a hysterical motivation than the motivation of a bully.
Here, in fact, is this problem of motivation and depresses me most in all the beaver-lane-mixed wars, which Russia constantly leads against the outside world.
Either we have a gas war with Ukraine, then sweeping away with Belarus, then we have Norwegian salmon, then we have an American ham. The month did not have passed how Russia stopped imports from Ukraine, and Lithuania got into a similar situation.
At the same time, the Kremlin systematically confuses the stuffing of its wallet with the restoration of the empire.
On the one hand, the Kremlin’s pressure on Lithuania and Ukraine is associated with integration in the EU. In particular, Lithuania received by susals a month before the opening of the Eastern Partnership summit, which just provides for the rapprochement of the European Union with the countries of the former CIS. Here everything is exactly the way, as President of Georgia, Mikhail Saakashvili, said from the UN rostrum: Putin is experiencing phantom pains and tries to resurrect the USSR. Not tanks - so sour cream.
On the other hand, the reasons are much more mundane. The enmity between Putin and Yanukovych is primarily connected with the fact that the plans of the Putin’s environment to buy the whole of Ukraine, the professor showed Kukish. Under Yanukovych, Ukraine is buying up Yanukovych, not Putin's people. As for Lithuania, the main stimulus against her is Lithuania’s claim against Gazprom. If she wins it, then (at a worst outcome) Gazprom will have to return the Lithuanian gas transmission system, pay compensation for increased size tariffs of 1.5 billion rubles and pay an EU a fine of up to 15% of their revenue over the past few years.
And this lawsuit is a good example of the fact that if you fill the wallet of your friends and call it the restoration of Russian influence, then the results will turn out exactly the opposite. And the wallet will be empty, and the influence will collapse. Poprazing Talleyrand, the sour cream-rod wars are not just immoral-they are ineffective. There is no better strategic way to lose any influence on the neighbor, the over and over again to demonstrate unpredictability, malice and pettiness, and there is no better way to prove that there is no need to buy gas from Gazprom than to demonstrate, which happens to those for whom it is a monopoly supplier.
