A week ago, on Monday night, in Ingushetia, in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya (the people are still called the old-Sleptsovskaya), they killed a whole family-a 55-year-old mathematics from the second school Lyudmila Vadimovna Tereyokhin and her two children, 19-year-old Vadim and 23-year-old Marina . The killers spared only the brother of Lyudmila Terekhina, 50-year-old Sergei Artyukhov, almost blind. It was he who told how about about one in the morning to their house 74 "A" armed people climbed across the window through the window. They entered the room where he and his sister were sleeping, and asked in Russian: "Where is the money?" And then - a muffled sound of a shot. Then, having shot Vadim and Marina, the killers left.

They buried the dead on Wednesday, July 18. The mourning rally went at the gates of the Orthodox cemetery - there would not be enough space inside. When people went to the graves, an explosion rang out - a home -made explosive device worked - a grenade, an electric depositor, a battery, a short -circuit interlocutor from a one -time syringe. Ten people were injured, eight local residents of them: Berucheva Raisa Mikhailovna (she touched the “stretch”, she was torn off her right leg to her knee), Kim Lelya Vongirovna , Zlotnikova Galina Lvovich , Artemyev Vasily Fedorovich , Dolakova Aza Tukhanovna (multiple fragmentation wounds of a face with damage to both eyes), Burazhov Abukar. Issaevich , damage to the neck and left ear, Khashiev Mustafa Khamurzaevich , Pavlenko Elena Sergeevna and two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs commemorated in Ingushetia: Ushakov Konstantin Arkadievich and Kozlov Konstantin Vladimirovich .

On the same day, very close, in Karabulak, fired at a car with the military, there are wounded; In Chechnya, but nearby, at the village of Assinovskaya, on the other side of the Caucasus-1 post, two Chechen policemen were killed; At the other end of the Chechnya, near the curly, six more police officers were injured; In Dagestan, in Kizil-Yurt, during the explosion of a landmine, four police officers were killed and six were injured. But the policemen, "people in uniform," is one of the parties in an armed conflict. And in Ordzhonikidzevskaya it was precisely the attacks that were committed - that is, actions that have the goal of intimidating the remaining Russian population.

Here, in Ingushetia, these events became the main news "with a minus sign." Unlike Chechny, the local authorities and law enforcement officers are difficult to blame for the fact that they look at such crimes through their fingers. There is even a program to return the Russian population to the republic, not particularly effective, but ...

However, this is not only the case. The majority of the population both in the village itself and in general in the republic are outraged by both murder and an blasphemous explosion in the cemetery. Terekhina taught mathematics in the second school for thirty years. Her children spoke freely in the Ingush. Read, around all her students, and throughout the small republic - friends and acquaintances of her students. Yes, and five Russians and three Ingush were injured in the cemetery - everyone came to conduct. And then people continued to go with condolences to the Terengin house. With whom in Ingushetia you will not speak - not like “not a single bad word”, but sincere sympathy, bewilderment, depression ... Who, why, why?

And "folk" versions appear ... The first, of course, "the special services are to blame." The other, which was also often called in conversations, connected the murders in the Sunzhensky district and the abduction of the Ingush in the suburban area of ​​the neighboring North Ossetia. In fairness, I will add that in the north Ossetia I heard no less exotic version of these very abductions: "This is the athushi myself ..."

The logic in all cases is understandable - it is difficult to admit that there are bastards among "their own", such reasoning can be heard in any people. The abductions of people in Chechnya in the late nineties are also sometimes written off to the special services. Or, in Ukraine, they open the "Museum of the occupation" (it is clear whose occupation?) - as if the Ukrainian Republic was liquidated and the Soviet regime was imposed exclusively "swearing mosquitoes." And in Russia, in Russia, in the disasters of the twentieth century, naturally, strangers are also to blame - “Jews, you know ...” This happens with any people when he tries to “get rid of the guilt” and begins to "be proud ..."

Only in the Sunzhensky district of Ingushetia in the first half of the last 2006 there was already a wave of attacks on the Russians. January 17 in Ordzhonikidzevskaya tried to set fire to the houses of Chebotaevs and Kovalenko; On January 20, people in masks broke into the house of the Zarudnevs and shot at point -blank, Sergei Lenkov and Vladimir Zarudnev, were wounded by his wife and son; On January 23, they tried to set fire to the house of the commander. On February 21, they tried to set fire to the houses of Starostyukov and Matyushkin in Nesterovskaya. On February 25, a grenade Gorokhov was thrown in Troitskaya, 65-year-old Valentina Vladimirovna was wounded. And on June 9, the deputy head of the administration of the Sunzhensky district Galin Rubin was killed in Ordzhonikidzevskaya - she was engaged in the return and arrangement of Russians. Then there was no doubt that the goal of terror was to intimidate the Russian population. On extremist sites, the Cossacks were called "military colonists", that is, "permitted purpose." And then they published reports about successful "special operations".

Only then all this did not become "number one news." And now - the "terrorist attack on the air", only because it has become almost the main event of the country. But the filming group of Channel One was by no means accidentally at the scene of the explosion in the cemetery in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya Day on July 18. Two days earlier, after the murder of the Terekhin family, the crew of Olga Kiriy is the only one! - She worked at the crime scene. Someone, perhaps, will remember the story of her beating by a policeman in North Ossetia-this happens with professionally working journalists. It turns out there are still such. So thanks to the group Olga Kiriya, and thank God that they did not hurt fragments ...

On Thursday, Ingush television broadcast a long meeting, to which Murat Zyazikov gathered the republican authorities - from the heads of rural administrations and above. They broadcast in records, the most sharp tiradeas, presumably, removed, but there was also enough left on the air to understand the degree of concern of the republican leadership.

And then again the "versions" sounded. The main question "Who is beneficial?" Of course, not Zyazikov and not the Ingush authorities. Distribution in Ingushetia, against the backdrop of a successful and developing Kadyrovsky Chechnya, is a threat not only to the current president, but also to the very existence of the republic, since each time the topic of return to Chechen-Ingushetia pops up. Even the voices are heard: “We would have Ramzan, at least for a year,” a familiar longing for a “strong hand”, usually arising when the yearning is separated from this “hand” with a distance or time.

In the speech of the Ingush president, local oppositions were also criticized, ready to criticize power for anything. But, on the other hand, this is a function of any opposition ...

Another thing - are those who, for one reason or another, are supposedly “profitable”, can be involved in these crimes?

Now the speaker of the local parliament has already recalled the insidious West, dreaming of destabilizing the North Caucasus. A good question "Who is beneficial?"! But the local "security forces" requires answers to more specific questions. They already answer: “According to unofficial information, the murder was committed by the contractor”, and the customer, “resident of the Sunzhensky district”, was put on the federal wanted list. The prosecutor’s office calls the names of the field commanders who organized this attack and last year's terror (one of these commanders, Magomed-Bashira Albakov, seemed to have already been killed two and a half years ago-a year before the start of attacks!-and the other has not been known to anyone).

The performer of the terrorist attack “according to the prosecutor’s version” looks no less strange: he was allegedly entrusted with “rich remuneration”, which he must find in the teacher’s house (!), Whose family, in addition to salaries, lived with money from delivery of the blind brother of market merchants ...

Another “source in the Prosecutor General’s Office” connects the events in Ordzhonikidzevskaya with crimes committed in the suburban district of North Ossetia, in particular, with the recent abduction of two old people from the village of Chermen (in fact, voicing one of the “folk” versions). There is no dispute, both of the other crimes led to an exacerbation of the situation. But what else does it unite them?

Another "source in the investigative group" replied that the attacks in Ordzhonikidzevskaya were committed "immediately after the President of Zyazikov announced the program to act in Ingushetia to return the Russians to the republic." With this “as soon as” there is one difficulty: “program” has been operating for many years.

The investigation can be understood. Murder and explosion, thanks to television, became the events of all-Russian significance and, apparently, are under control somewhere "upstairs." You need to say something ...

Only now, in my unenlightened gaze, the question “who benefits” here should be asked almost last. Too many possible active forces (as they say now, “actors”). In such cases, often some use the results of others-without any preliminary conspiracy. And, on the contrary, the plans built in the calculation of one result, being implemented too often lead to completely different - or do not lead to anything (they all read the fat at school, yes? Di Yersta column Marshirt ...).

Immediately, contradicting the just said, I note: the version of the involvement of the "security forces" and the special services could sound believably five to six years ago-before they got the opportunity to freely operate in Ingushetia. Now, the responsibility for a possible aggravation lies with them - so why create problems for yourself?

Nevertheless, on our "security forces" the share of responsibility for the current situation lies. The current stream of versions causes fear, will the investigation go along the beaten path? In Ingushetia and North Ossetia, the investigation group of the General Prosecutor's Office in the Southern Federal District has been working for several years - people are exported, exposed and followed, condemned ... But the level of violence in Ingushetia is not reduced - that is, the chosen tactics of the fight against underground are ineffective.

What was once again confirmed on Saturday, July 21. In Karabulak, unknown people shot Vakhu Veszizhev - a man who was called an adviser to Murat Zyazikov. However, it is no less important that Veszizhev could be attributed to religious authorities. And the extremist underground has long been hunting for representatives of traditional Islam in Ingushetia.

And on Sunday, many media reported about the attempt on Murat Zyazikov himself. What to do to the investigation in such conditions?

Yes, the simplest thing is not to look for real criminals, but to “knock out” the recognition from those whom for some reason they decided to “appoint” criminals. These simple methods of inquiry and investigation are more likely to lead to the identification of criminals, but to the accusation of non -investigated. And where are the criminals remain? Free. And, in any case, brutal methods of investigation will rather cause a disgust for the criminal among the population, but sympathy for him as a victim of lawlessness. And followers appear.

But Russia did not always come to the Caucasus in this way. The murdered school teacher Lyudmila Terekhina sowed a reasonable, kind, eternal. She is remembered in Ingushetia. Remember the world, Lyudmila Vadimovna! I would like to hope that the sown by you will give out.
