Almost a fifth of the population of Perm was left without water in the depths of winter. Due to the negligence of the builders who were erecting a house in the Sverdlovsk region of the city, a water pipeline with a diameter of almost half a meter broke. As a result, both cold and hot water supplies were cut off in 90 residential buildings in the city. The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations promised to finish the repair work by the end of Thursday. But, as you know, the speed of making promises and their subsequent implementation by the authorities in Russia rarely coincide.
