One of the organizers of the “March of Dissent” in St. Petersburg, Sergei Gulyaev, a Legislative Assembly deputy, was detained. Gulyaev was dragged by the throat into a police car - deputy Mikhail Amosov tried to prevent this. The leader of the UCF branch in St. Petersburg, Olga Kurnosova, was also detained.
