Look now, zealots of democracy, how our sick children will slowly die in orphanages. In response, he prohibits all peacekeeping and charitable programs. You, strange white people, who for some reason it is important to treat children from polio and glaucoma, sit and now see how they suffer and die. I, King, do not care deeply.

I do not presume to judge what kind of cunning plan to come up with those who organized this abomination. Either give Putin the opportunity to “symmetrically” to answer Obama, who says that the “Magnitsky Law” was born in Congress, which the president cannot order. He was asked about it eight times. And besides, they demanded to explain why detainees were sitting in prison on May 6. Does the created system of power are leading to stagnation. And then Putin swam. He continued to speak confidently. But in his speeches, a certain strangeness suddenly appeared. A person who with the ease of extraordinary operates with dozens of numbers, a person who knows everything - from the cost of Russia's participation in the WTO to the date of the end of the world - suddenly decisively loses interest in a group of quite definite topics. Putin (according to him) is “not in the know” “Magnitsky’s case”, he knows almost nothing about the investigation of events on May 6. Yes, what is criminal cases, he did not even read the scandalous bill. It only knows that the deputies are overwhelmed by the fact that the American authorities do not allow Russian representatives to the courts, where cases of violations of the rights of adoptive children from Russia are being understood.

If at least a second I believed that the head of state was telling the truth, Putin could have a serious psychological trauma in which unpleasant information was supplanted from consciousness. He remembers everything, but he does not remember the unpleasant, which caused a real shock. Neither about orphans, nor about Magnitsky, nor about May 6 ...

In fact, he remembers everything perfectly. It just turned out that in addition to “I am not a course” and “you have a torment in Guantanamo,” the head of state decisively has nothing to say. Behind the ostentatious confidence - a complete emptiness. Only forty minutes of professional work for almost five hours of senseless chatter.
