Almost daily, the media talk about a new large fire that claimed the lives of several people at once. It is noteworthy that the circumstances in which an accident occurs are similar, and mostly children are victims of household fires.

Only yesterday the media distributed a message about the next fire, which promises to provoke a public outcry. This time, three children burned together with their grandmother when fire in a private house in the Pushkin district of the Moscow Region. The children were very small - 2012, 2013 and 2015. The first reports of the Investigative Committee on the incident were dry and official, but later the details of the tragedy began to be clarified. The first detail - the family was considered dysfunctional and was registered with the commission on minors. The second and, perhaps, the worst - the members of this family have already died in a fire. Some time ago, another child and his grandfather burned alive in a Moscow apartment. According to neighbors, the deceased was the husband of a mother of many children. After his tragic death, the woman got married again and gave birth several times. The neighbor claims that it was she who was engaged in raising children while their mother drank. According to the nurse, the guardianship authorities were aware of the difficult situation in the family. That evening, the woman went to the ATM to withdraw money, and her husband went to stay to his relatives. Returning, she saw the house embraced by the flame and tried to get inside, but could not. A woman with hands was delivered directly to the psychologists who carry out work with her.

And again, the fire took the lives of three babies (2012, 2013, 2015) in the suburbs (in the village of Cherkizovo, Pushkinsky district). Their grandmother died with them. Obviously, everything happened during sleep. After numerous emergencies and fires in which the children died we repeatedly paid the attention of local and regional authorities and demanded to check, notify, control and even patrol those houses and families where the fire is high. But the most effective measure was the decision of the Kemerovo authorities, and after them the Orenburg on the installation in such "dangerous" houses and apartments without fail (smoke and gas/analyzers). In January, we discussed the effectiveness of such a promotion with the governor of Kuzbass A. Tuleyev and to the existing 2.5 thousand, he added another 1.5 thousand signals at the expense of the region. In early February, we discussed similar measures and have already taken in the Orenburg region. I consider it necessary to offer and insist on the installation of such devices in all territories in the families of the “risk group”. The cost of such a device does not exceed 300 rubles, but the effect of it is invaluable. In Orenburg, such devices have already worked twice, which means that life was saved.

And only the Russians managed to “ decorate ” the unfortunate family as a new bitter news - in Yakutsk in a fire in an apartment building (most likely, a hut type), a family of four died. Parents, as well as their children 6 and 8 years old burned alive. The pensioner living in the house also suffered. So far, the main version is careless handling of electrical appliances. The criminal case was instituted, by the way, under the same article as in the first case - causing death by negligence to two or more persons.

Only a month ago, the Russian Russians celebrated the news of the death of six people at once in a fire. In Tatarstan, a mother and five children burned in a wooden house. The youngest was not even a year. In the house, due to debts, they turned off the power supply, and the family independently connected to emergency energy sources, simply welding the wires. The recently completed examination confirmed that the cause of the accident was a short circuit due to violation of safety rules. And again - the case of negligence and causing death by negligence, local small officials go to interrogations or are under house arrest. The maximum term for such an article is up to four years in prison. All those responsible shrug and give advice to stock up on alarms, not understanding that not all low -income families living in dilapidated wooden houses under demolition are 300 rubles.

Yesterday's story has only one positive moment - not all children died. The fourth child survived due to the fact that at the time of the fire he was with relatives in Moscow. It was not saved by guardianship authorities, but an accident.
