Each resident of the Earth in one way or another is faced with the fact that its interests have its own interests and it is ready to observe them contrary to the interests of those whom she controls. At some point, the interests of the authorities may coincide with the interests of large groups of the population, then everything is fine. At some point, power can become a hostage of its wrong actions yesterday, then conflicts take place. There are a considerable number of people on all continents who irritably wave their hand in the direction of the nearest White House or Red Fence with the words: And what to expect from them ...

Another thing is that the prevailing mechanisms allow the rest of their rights and freedoms to somehow protect. First, to vote like this, and not otherwise. Although in many countries of the world no one is surprising when there is no one to vote in the elections. Choose the smallest of evils. So it was relatively recently in Israel, it was, to some extent, in the United States, when, with the Obama-Macakene alternative, it seemed to many that both were worse. But the most interesting thing comes after the election, when the promises should be started to fulfill.

I believe that naive are no longer - those who believe in fulfilling these promises. But there are those who are ready to evaluate and remind of the implementation. For example, those who lost in the elections, with their ambitions and with their resources, including the media. And there is an instinct of self -preservation in those who fall into power. And the more claims arise to power, the more this instinct of self -preservation moves it to the detriment of other reasons.

There are several ways to satisfy this instinct. The first, well familiar, to tightly tighten all the nuts, put the objectionable, never give permission to protest, in short, to wet and wet, relying on power structures. This method requires some victims: the power structures become poorly manageable, they begin to solve their own problems due to anyone, and the attitude to them among the masses is very bad, which, however, is not very confused by power. So far, power structures do not turn into a threat to her personally.

The second way is to feed socially vulnerable segments of the population and endlessly multiply these layers. What is the meaning: people who are regular recipients of social benefits will always vote for those who give these benefits. Their voices are the only thing they can pay with the benefactors, since they themselves are not capable of creative activities. This is not an accusation, this is a statement of fact. The bottom line is that with a normally functioning economic system, an honestly working system is able to postpone a reserve for a rainy day. And no one will die of hunger, even those who do not work without good reason. All the others work to some extent. For English -speaking - this is a portrait of such a character. Do you have a desire to pay for the comfortable existence of such fellow citizens? Most likely not. Draw conclusions.

Excessive social orientation is as bad as insufficient. In the USA, the so -called “tea party” is currently operating, which is heterogeneous, which is reproached and overwhelmed, but which is trying to formulate a list of claims to the current government. This is a kind of batch of deceived voters. Moreover, this party has certain successes (more here ). I understand that it is unlikely that such a design is viable in Russia. We are constantly convinced that the disagreements are a bunch of marginals. And what do you think, how many potential members of the party of deceived voters in our country? We have a state focused on serving a parasitic layer, in whose one hundred percent loyal power is confident. The right to the existence of the rest is recognized with a stretch. You can die as a result of medical negligence, lack of medicine or imperfection of the system (they do not know about the existence of ordinary medical institutions). You can become a victim of their circumstances, and no one will answer for this. You can be an object of demonstrative flogging, like Khodorkovsky. In this case, the following is convincingly demonstrated: your property is as follows until someone else likes it. And the second - do not stick out, live according to the general rules. But you don’t want to live according to general rules, it means that you are an offender, a criminal, Mastdai.

And what is characteristic - it is impossible not to violate their rules. You may not fight with the police that detains you in violation of the law, but this does not mean that you do not die from the heat in the car carrier that rides around the city for this. There is already a list of people who are detained in the days of disagreements preventively. If the number of these people will grow, then the lists will grow. They have already demonstrated that recognizable protesters also risk. For recognizable, those who are younger, they have the same police. The scum in civilian clothes is for those who are older (recall the recent story with Alekseeva). But now to arithmetic.

In Russia today, about 141 million people. Among them are definitely consonants: president, prime minister, apparatus, governors, mayors. In addition, according to the end of 2009, they call the figure about 1 million 700 thousand officials. Thought. The Federation Council (for the loyalty of all regional legislatures, I would no longer be entrusted with). The servant of all this vyurcollegy, how much do you count? I am difficult, but I think that on average, each official has at least one improvised, that is, another million seven hundred. FSO, FSB, police, the top of the army, the UFSIN, OMON (not counting those who have already published their disagreement, their names are known, at least Internet users, and even a couple of non-named riot police came to the New Times). About riot police found about 20 thousand about riot police. A very large obedient business and the category of close to power - beloved artists, directors. “Ours”, well, there are few. Prosecutors, investigators, judges - one hundred percent of consonants among them I would not expect, although I guarantee the loyalty of Lakhtin and Ibragimova. Well, how many consonants? And now attention: among all who are not included in the above categories, everyone can be disagreed. Not a small country. The authorities are not strongly and not for everyone to fulfill themselves, rightly believing that a self -realized person has a straight back and will not bend simply by pike command. Power is a bad father-blessing for socially vulnerable, because you will not attack everyone. In the circumstances, any accomplice of power (see the previous paragraph) at any moment with a careless movement can violate the sovereign personal space of any Russian citizen from a lower caste. Which happens often enough. The problem is, as always, in the association.

The authorities understand the danger of this association. But the neolability of the need to unite against the presumptuous has not yet sees. And in vain. No, everything is clear, it is not possible to harness in one cart of ultra -right and ultralev. But it seems that the time of political parties of post -Soviet Russia has passed. The era of new associations is coming, on the principle, if you like, one hundred percent support of the Constitution. If a person joins such a political association, he cannot become a fascist, communist or united Russia, because this contradicts the constitution. By the way, today the main opponent of this constitution acts as its actions - power.
