The Makhachkala court rejected the claim of police lieutenant colonel Abdurashid Bibulatov, who challenged the official warning. The policeman was “warned” for a terrible act: he wanted to ask the president a question. On October 25 in Kaspiysk, during a live broadcast, Bibulatov sent the president an SMS: “Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich! When will you rid the police and people of Dagestan from Pinochet in the person of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Dagestan? Don’t they really tell you how he is completely destroying the system of internal affairs bodies in Dagestan?”
