In the same way, what is happening in Russia may seem like the embodiment of a wandering plot about how crazy, who seized power in a psychiatric clinic, see a threat in every normal person and try, as they can, to eliminate this threat.

Anyone who followed the “press conference” of Vladimir Putin could see: the chief Russian chief believes that all troubles in the country are taking place from the actions of foreign special services and their agents. The Russian government is in firm confidence: there may be either a foreign agent or a sausage extremist. And acts accordingly.

The Tver court of Moscow has just condemned the municipal deputy, intelligent Julia Galyamin, according to the so -called Dadinsky article for the allegedly multiple violation of the rules of mass events. Julia hung two years conditionally, which was actually deprived of the opportunity to engage in both political and teaching. At the same time, the judge very deftly, as it seemed to him, went around the decision of the Constitutional Court that “imprisonment under Art. 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is prescribed only on condition that the act entailed the loss of a public event or causing or a real threat of causing significant harm to constitutionally protected values. ” According to Judge Anatoly Belyakov, any action that was not agreed with the authorities is already by definition is not “peaceful”.

The criminal prosecution of a political activist was started with an obvious goal - not to allow her to take part in the upcoming State Duma elections in 2021. It is clear that the current parliamentarians could not stay away from the efforts of the presidential administration to prevent the arrival of “irresponsible oppositionists” to the Duma. In the end, do not give your own people, so on the same, so -thorough and warm, places!

Against the backdrop of the crazy activity of recent days, the frantic printer of the last Duma seems to be a model of unhurried, thoughtful work. In a few days, “laws” about foreign agents, on the new rules for holding rallies, and slander have been adopted. I must say, all these conditions are something specific, having nothing to do with the right. Thus, the law on foreign agents provides power with the opportunity to declare an agent anyone who is engaged in at least some social activities, in connection with “a foreign source or in the interests of a foreign source in the interests of citizens of the Russian Federation, by Russian organizations expressed in support of these types of activities (including the provision of funds, other property or organizational and methodological assistance).” Translated from Duma, this means that a person becomes a foreign agent if another person who had previously received a fee abroad has been lending to him. It is obvious that such a law can be used to brand anyone who caused something to disapproval of the authorities.

Another law requires the organizers of the rallies to create a current account, to fix and transfer, at the request of the authorities, data to any person who gave money to hold a mass event. The Law on slander allows the punishment for slander against an unidentified group of persons.

According to the media, all this nonsense is the result of a decision on the twisting of the nuts, which is a response to protests in Khabarovsk, speeches against falsification of elections in Belarus and, you will laugh, the election of Joe Biden by the American president. If so, then it should be admitted: paranoia moved to some other, rapidly progressing stage. It is easy to predict where the Russian legislative machine will turn.

Sooner or later, the authorities will understand that you should stop trying to limit each of the rights of citizens. It is better to just prohibit them with a skill. To declare, for example, to “United Russia” by the new leading and guide, to entrust only her to the nomination of the candidates of the United Russia and non -partisan block. Then, in the absence of the need to cancel the constant stay of members of the State Duma and the Federation Council in Moscow (of course, with maintaining the content). It is enough for deputies to come for a couple of weeks to declare the next orders written in the administration of the chief chief. Definitely, this scheme looks in this context of the most logical.

However, one can act even more rationally: adopt the law “On the introduction of autocracy”, where to foresee the vesting of the deputy corps with the titles of counts and barons. Well, of course, highlight the shower five hundred serfs ...
