The decision was made, as always happens in such cases, by the shareholders. The situation was explained by the general director of the KhGS publishing house, which owns the newspaper, Igor Yakovenko: “Today a good press cannot be self-sustaining, and the founder simply decided to stop investing money in the newspaper.” There's nothing you can do about it: the owner is a gentleman.
