At first glance, the initiative of the freedom -loving homeland (by the way, previously consisting of United Russia) looks almost like an act of political self -immolation - a person encroached on the Holy. That is - on the foundations of the current political system of the country. It is clear that, even formally accountable only to the head of state, the presidential administration is the real center of power in today's Russia. It is there that decisions are made on the main issues of our being with you, and the parliament and the government simply implement these decisions.

And now some kind of deputy there from some kind of “homeland” offers to change this order of things. Well, isn't it a funny person? It is all the same, as if a hare of wolves would have come to a meeting of wolves and invited the wolves to adopt a law according to which they are forbidden to eat hares. Wolves, of course, would first laugh at the goat ... Sorry, a hare, and then they would have gobbled up for a sweet soul.

So why suddenly this desperate Vinogradov was drawn to such dubious feats? Living, is it tired? (In a political, of course, sense). It is known that after the “wolves” recently had lunch, the former leader of the “Motherland” Dmitry Rogozin, this party sits quieter than water, lower than the grass, and dreams that it is allowed to be allowed to the 2007 parliamentary elections. By the way, the fateful decision for the party will be made in the same administration that has now been so reckless, if not - funny, attack. However, we will not rush with conclusions.

The current demarche is the next stage of this demonstration. ”

Most likely, it acts under the patronage of the security forces. However, at this stage, Gryzlov is unlikely to be able to achieve significant success. “United Russia” is far from a homogeneous subject of the Russian political space. Numerous groups in this party are guided by various centers of power and even financed from various sources. According to some reports, the influence of Surkov on United Russia is still significantly great, and so far he is able to suppress this rebellion. Expective in this sense will be the consideration of this bill on the profile committee of the Duma.
