The brochure contains brief information about the most odious, in the opinion of the compilers, nationalist organizations. Among them are the “Movement against Illegal Immigration”, “Russian National Unity”. Among the main ideologists of nationalism, in particular, the leader of the RNU Alexander Barkashov, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Zavtra” Alexander Prokhanov and even the former GRU colonel Vladimir Kvachkov were named. According to the authors, the directory is addressed primarily to government officials and, ideally, should become a guide in law enforcement practice.
