Where is the money?
The Minister of Transport Levitin reported in the Duma about all the latest disasters - and in general about the wonderful state of his incomparable economy. The minister, of course, no one will drive out. So even the question was not posed. Yes, and I personally do not thirst for Levitin's blood. Like not the thirst for Golikova’s blood, on which the next portion of sewage fell out, after the publication of actor Sadalsky on the blog. Sadalsky visited Rimm Markov in the cancer dispensary and found the most perfect ruins there.
I was not too lazy and calculated how many different hospitals I have seen over the past three years. It turned out eight. Among them there were no elite, paid centers - hospitals as a hospital. Of these, two or three can be called decent in condition. And normal - only one. For the rest, how Mamai passed. And this is Moscow, where, as they believe, everything is fine and the people live as if in paradise. And the doctors' acquaintances say that with all skeptical attitude to Golikova, it does not have any significant significance, it will remain or leave. Billions are needed to raise our hospitals from the ruins. And these billions should be used with great mind and minimal theft. In such a situation, the removal of the minister is throwing bones. Voters, analysts, everyone at once. Bone. Threw it - and everyone is happy.
The same story with Levitin. The minister comes out and reports to the deputies literally the following. Since the beginning of the 90s, aviation received 52 new aircraft. At one and a half thousand that soar in our sky. Reve 40% of airfields do not have normal runways. The average age of cruise steamers is 45 years. Domestic among them - zero. The locomotive park has an average age of 20-25 years, and instead of 300 diesel locomotives, 800 must be purchased annually. And 16% of the emergency routes mean that every sixth composition can go downhill - after all, 16% is the sixth of the tracks, right?
Well, I ask: where did all the money that we earned in oil go. I remember about external debts, about social obligations, about the difficult legacy of the 90s. I understand all this, but if not in the 90s, but now, with the ruling 12 (!) Years of the new government, we do not build planes and locomotives, do not repair the paths and airfields-where are the money going? To the defense industry? So here we are told that there is no new technique, that everything is done only for export. And the quality of our weapons is low. Then where is all the money? What they went to, even if they are improving the oil and gas industry, as they say, are not invested enough.
Well, what is the point of chopping the head of Levitin, if there are no new planes and ships, there are no ways and landing stripes and no one gives him money to ensure that all this is? And the predecessors were not given money. And the one who comes after Levitin will also not give. No, he certainly said something about raising tariffs and some target program, but there is no global money.
And even sadder - there is no system that would allow you to spend money for its intended purpose. Without money and without a system of their effective spending, what is the difference what is the name of a particular minister? There is only one benefit from such a minister: to dismiss him at the right time, throwing the bone to those to whom you want to impress.
