Kudrin will not offend a soldier

The Minister of Finance promised to increase military salaries by 20%, without waiting until September, as previously planned. The decision is more than timely, otherwise, little by little, the military, impoverished due to monetization, will join the protesting pensioners. However, not all people in uniform are feeling bad now. Back in December, the Ministry of Defense established a “monthly monetary incentive” for its central apparatus in the amount of 2.6 to 5.5 salaries. And a warrant officer in Moscow can earn as much as a colonel in the Urals.
