The mistake of the cannibal
In response to the “List of Magnitsky”, State Duma deputies voted for the ban on the adoption of Russian children by US citizens. This is worse than a crime, it is a mistake. This mistake has split the Russian elite - not society, but the elite - more than the story with Pussy Riot. And Putin personally made this mistake - here you can’t hide behind the patriarch.
According to various estimates, from 50% to 95% of pupils of Russian orphanages become drug addicts, alcoholics and suicides. 60% are subject to sexual violence. In fact, orphanages in Russia are producing children suffering from Mowgli syndrome. These are children who are not adapted for living in human society.
Not everything is fine with the adoptive parents: according to official statistics, if the Russian child is adopted by the Russian family, it is likely to die 39 times higher than in the West. (At the same time, of course, this is not only about murders: this is, including an accident, illness, etc.) Unfortunately, this official statistics again do not take into account reality, because in the United States every missing child is an emergency, and in Russia, criminal cases are far from always starting in Russia.
For example, when in 2008, under Nizhny Tagil, corpses were accidentally discovered by either 15 or more girls (a gang of pimps stole the girls and killed, if they refused to become prostitutes), it turned out that there was not a single criminal case on the fact of the loss of girls. When in 2001, four girls disappeared near Kursk, criminal cases were not instituted either. Nine years later, a random dog handle found their corpses; It immediately became clear that the girls raped and killed four boys with whom they were seen for the last time. But the killers were released. Apparently, including because one of them has already managed to become a son -in -law of the local employee of the FSB.
Deputy Prosecutor Viktor Grin once gave an example: in the Orenburg region, 26 unsuscriped children have only one criminal case, and in the Perm region there are not a single one in the Perm region. That is, “39 times” is only official statistics. We do not know real.
This, in fact, is the most important difference. The adoptive children - and their children - at times kill. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes by chance. Such is human nature. At all times, in all cultures there are geeks and crazy.
But in the USA, every such murder is an emergency. It is on the first strips of newspapers, films are shot about it and write books.
In Russia, the killing of children is not even news. Not because we are so stale, but because there are too many murders.
In the USA, violence against a child is a criminal case. We have statistics. We have 60% of orphanages in the orphanage, and no one is sitting for this.
When the parent kills the child (in the USA or Russia, anyway) is the mental abnormalities of an individual. But when 60% of orphanages are raped in the country, this is already a characteristic of society and the state.
Caught for the living, Russian lawmakers settled into a desperate, incredible lie. State Duma deputy Yevgeny Fedorov said that the adopted Russian children are "slaves that even American legislation is not distributed."
State Duma deputy Goryacheva expressed confidence that 10% of adopted children are dismantled “to the organs”, and the rest will be used “for the war with Russia”.
President Putin said that the Americans who killed Russian foster children were “exempted from criminal liability”, but Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin was the best argument. He stated that the children adopted by the Americans "will not fall into the kingdom of heaven." (Well, yes, but the undersigned will get there very soon.)
The division of society has occurred. It turned out that part of the Russian elite has about America about the same ideas as Ben Laden. And that the engine of these representations is Putin personally.
This is a serious mistake, hitherto not characteristic of Putin, which has always preferred to avoid sharp decisions. She is as uncharacteristic as the recent dismissal of Serdyukov. Whether this solution to Putin is a consequence of some health problems is difficult to say, but it can be stated that the Kremlin creates all its problems for itself. To then blame external and internal enemies of them.
