Where are the lawsuits?

I would like to return to the elections for a moment. And to the fact that, alas, I have already said more than once about rallies. My friends, well, let's move on to some business! Now answer me a simple question: where are the lawsuits?

And on Novy Arbat they talked about many blatant violations, and they posted videos, facts, and lists on the Internet. The League of Voters published comparative tables, for example, for St. Petersburg. The observers’ protocols say one thing, but “for some reason” the state automated system “Elections” contains something completely different. Fabulous. But all these are words that one would like to call chatter. And all these videos are just movies. Not in the sense that Churov means, telling us that everything was assembled by the enemies of Russia in the States. And in the sense that these are films that, apart from watching, do not seem to imply anything.

During these days, I repeatedly recalled my campaign as an observer. And how lucky I am to have comrades in this important matter. Thanks to them, the full technological cycle was observed at our site. And in particular, we were absolutely convinced that the automated system included exactly those numbers for which we fought all day at the site. Therefore, the first reaction to the appearance of discrepancies between the protocols and what was included in the State Automated System “Elections” was bewilderment. This indicated that the observers at some point were satisfied that they were given certified copies of the protocols, and, considering the job done, went to rest. Without taking another important step, they almost wasted their efforts.

But still, almost. After all, if you have a certified copy of the protocol, it is a document. The document is even more significant than the video. If you have thought of exchanging phone numbers with other observers at the site and agreed to support each other if something happens, then you can submit other copies that will be exactly the same as yours. But with data very different from the official ones. Therefore, you have a legal reason to go to court. Not with some fancy certificate, not with a “montage”, but with documentary evidence of falsification and bring witnesses in addition.

Judging by the tables of the League of Voters, judging by other sources, there were hundreds and hundreds of violations. But where are the lawsuits? Where are the lawsuits, I ask you? And now I don’t need to start a song about the corruption and bias of the courts, about predetermination and the like. With such logic, it was generally possible for no observer to go anywhere or do anything at all.

Don't make things easier for the System. Tighten her. Load. There must be hundreds of lawsuits if there are hundreds of violations. Hundreds of lawsuits cannot be simply ignored, just as it turned out to be impossible to simply give up on thousands of protesters in December, January and February. Putin was sarcastic, saying, where is the evidence, why doesn’t anyone go to court? So follow the advice of our reusable leader. And there is no point in telling each other scary stories about carousels, absentee ballots and other evil spirits - everyone already knows.
