Circles of hell Usuam Baysaev ,Employee PC "Memorial". What happened in Chechnya a year, two and more years ago, is happening today, is not something new and unusual. Our story has a strange property to be repeated not only in general terms, but also in privacy, even in details. It was as if we wander around the dark room in search of the door, bumping alternately on the table, then overturning the chairs, then with all the vigor of their heads on the concrete wall. We would take a break, get used to the darkness, think over and weigh everything, but if we stop, then only in order to, having gained even more anger, continue to swirl along the dark hell ... Someone, I don’t remember already and who said about us, Chechens, that we are a people with an aggravated sense of memory. After reading these words, I thought how clearly a person from the side could understand and give a definition of our essence. I never thought about it myself. He just lived, worked, was interested in the past, drawing information about him from a very limited circle of sources. Anyone who found Soviet times, I think, understands what I'm talking about. It was normal for me and I never thought that someone who spoke from birth in a different language could be different. And in relation to his own life, and in relation to history, which, by and large, is already the life of our parents. This inextricable chain - from son to father, from him to grandfather and further to the ancestors, at least to the seventh knee - made me a member of the events of many years, sometimes - many hundred years ago. After all, I, it turns out, from there, and everything that happened then, whatever one may say, happened to me personally. I don’t know how others, but for me it was a natural feeling. And therefore, in childhood, stories about our expulsion, about how people lived and died far from their homeland and how, having returned after all losses and humiliations, they were also forced to beg for permission to digging dugouts in their own court from unknown people, not only with a sense of pity for all this, but also with a lump of offense in the throat. After all, they did it with me, because it turns out that they also trampled me into the mud, poisoning the future before birth. Is it only mine? .. The feeling of great injustice, the memory of humiliations, blood, which is more than even oil, politically our land, and were the explosive mass that the power that then existed in the republic dared in September 1991. Neither allegedly sent Cossacks, on whom, from a certain time, they began to blame what happened, nor anything else, they would never have taken people to the streets and would not have invested demands on independence in their mouth. This was only able to do this resentment for her parents, and hence for himself, a non -healing wound forever settled in the hearts. It was the starting point, including our current tragic state. These bitter thoughts came to mind when I found out about the next propaganda action, not to the best of the zealous republican officials. It's about renaming Grozny Street in honor of the Russian paratroopers who died far from the city itself. I will not evaluate their heroism, on this subject there were already many different, sometimes - mutually exclusive articles written not even Chechens. I am interested in a little different, namely, the logic of the actions of the authorities. What is it, what is the point of investing in this action, and so deep that neither I, nor many of those with whom I communicated about this, can catch it, grab it, that perhaps what the hell is not joking, and accept? But no one tells us anything. They confront the fact: the street 9th line will now be called the name of the Pskov paratroopers, and that’s all! Live now with this. But they renamed not just a street, but a street in the Staropromyslovsky district. In the very one in which monstrous crimes were committed in January-February 2000, for which no one had yet, no person suffered punishment. It was here both severed heads, and torn blessings in pregnant women, and burned alive. Nobody talks about those who are simply shot dead. Against the background of what happened then, their fate could be envied. And more and more old people and old women, and not only the Chechen, enemy, in essence, nationality, but also Ingush, Russians, Armenians ...Vacchanalia of permissiveness ate whole families then. The family of Said Zubaev, for example, living very close to this filthy 9th line. Nine people were killed in his court. And a teenage granddaughter, the beauty Rumis, in front of which, along with a seven-year-old sister, shot everyone whom she loved in her life, put on an armored personnel carrier and taken away. Where - it is still unknown. Poor relatives are looking for her, hoping that perhaps she alone at least survived. They even turned to Russian television, to the program “Wait for me”. But there is no news. Because the story published by human rights activists in one of their books and testifies to the incredibly brutal murder at the same time girls from old crafts do not want to believe. There is no corpse, and, therefore, is still alive ... This formula has become a compass in painful, for years ongoing searches for the missing inhabitants of the republic. But hardly all of them will be successful. In the same Staropromyslovsky district, in which the murders took place for more than one day or even a week, but for almost a month, there was no one to select corpses. Because anyone who found himself in sight of the military who robbed and settling the houses could be killed by himself. Many people met their death. And they stayed there, and were gnawed to the bones with feral dogs and cats. And it was great happiness if it was possible to identify the corpse of a loved one by the remains of clothes, because everything else - rings, earrings, gold crowns - even before real beasts were removed by animals in camouflage form. It was not possible to identify, for example, an elderly woman in a wheelchair, killed near the garages near the now renamed 9th line. She did not have half of her head, demolished by an automatic burst, and what was left with the internal organs to the cat's bones. And the antediluvian disabled who, faithfully serving the hostess during her lifetime, failed to help after death; Nobody was found who, even in this prince, could say whose and where it is from. Two young girls, risking their own lives, betrayed it to the earth and this retained at least something for the possible recognition in the future. Because, noticeing traces, the military also burned corpses. They burned the living. In front of the mother, who eventually went crazy, they dropped into the cellar and betrayed the fire of the sisters and the Shaiman of the Indterbievs. Having folded everything that remained in two ordinary pillowcases, their third sister, Deschi, in early February, through Ingushetia, tried to travel to the cemetery in the village of Valerik. But she was detained at the Caucasus checkpoint. Seeing the terrible burden, the police officers who stood there called the FSB officers, and they tried to arrest her. “Be people, let the sisters bury it,” the girl tried to cry softly ... All this happened either on the 9th line itself, which we are now invited to be called the Pskov paratrooper Street, or next to it: on the 5th line, on the 8th, on the street Shefskaya ... And even if they were not in the mountains at that time, but the same Russian military, in the same uniforms and with the same names-Petita, Vasya and Igorki, who obeyed the same generals as they and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose and whose are them. The surnames are also well known to us, they stood behind these murders. Why do they have such an honor? No, not even like that ... Why are we such dishonor, are our dead - not people, they, that, did not have the right to live, but we did not love them? And don't we know how to suffer? Screening, burning, feeding into a wild animal, and then also insult the memory of the dead, pour abundantly poison on the still not abrupt hearts of the living ... Was it really impossible without this, the latter? Or, perhaps, everything is simpler and more prosaic, as in Soviet times with the same monument to General Alexei Ermolov. To keep it in the capital of the republic, whose people promised to destroy, lime, hunger, sea, weapons and did it quite successfully - at first glance, stupidity is terrible. But the authorities of this were seen in this saw a different logic. It seemed to them that an extra reminder that the people are submissive and that they have no right, except the right to obey, would not hurt. If it weren’t for their stubbornness, maybe there would have been no subsequent tragic development of the situation in the North Caucasus? After all, it all began precisely with this - with the destruction of the monument to the hated general. People who made a decision to rename the street should think about the feelings of those for whom they are responsible first. There is a watershed between Chechens and the Russian state. It exists, no matter how much we want otherwise. And there were wars, and murders, and for the most part, if not always, we are not to blame for them. But most importantly, it is clear that the streets are such, with that name in Grozny it will not be all the same. And there will be others: Aizan Amirova’s name, for example, her husband found in the basement with a ripped belly from which their not born child, or Adlan Akayev, candidate of sciences, head of the department of physics of the Grozny Pedagogical Institute, in whose passport the killers did not even look out, otherwise they would take the money invested in it, or - I would return to it - Rumisi again - Rumisov - Rumis. Zubaeva, who at the age of 14 managed to know what hell is, and disappeared after the unknown. And all this will happen, if not today, then tomorrow, not in a year, then in five. Because Russia is the same - it is doomed to democracy. The time is now different, and the world has long been not the same. And if we do not manage, then our children will certainly do it. Chechens are a people with an aggravated sense of memory! After all, we do not forget anything, and the memory of our dead for us is always holy. And we, why hide, do not know how to forgive, especially - mockery over corpses. “To evaluate the future, based on the present, not the most successful approach,” the young man, signing the stalker nickname, wrote at one of the Chechen forums. -We know how often our people throw from the fire and in the move. So the future is not. We live the present. " However, the future is formed already in the present. And, therefore, the next generation of Chechens with a lump of resentment in the throat for their parents who were transferred by their parents and, even before birth, a spoiled life will be wandering around the same dark room in search of the door ... PS When the article was written and the number was prepared for printing, it was about renaming the 9th line on Tashkal. As a result, the name of the Pskov paratroopers called Zhigulevskaya Street in the same Staropromyslovsky district. It turned out even worse: the event to “perpetuate the memory of the integrity of Russia” was held exactly at the very place where innocent civilians were shot in anything. In his speech, Deputy Governor of the Pskov Region Viktor Gitin said that "... it is especially important that the Chechen people did not forget about those fighters who gave their lives for peace on Chechen land." I have not forgotten and is unlikely to ever forget ... |
