In the regions A simple Chechen guy
The Supreme Commissar of the UN Human Rights Louise Arbur is a woman, without a doubt, quite heroic. She had seen a lot of things on her human rights century: she was the UN Rodant and Yugoslavia tribunal prosecutor, once tried without a Serbian visa to penetrate the territory of Kosovo from Macedonia to investigate the crimes of the Serbian military, issued the arrest of Slobodan Miloshevich. Nevertheless, I have no doubt for a second that during a conversation with Ramzan Kadyrov, she shocked.
Ramzan Kadyrov is not an ordinary Russian citizen. He is not even an ordinary Chechen action movie. He is the Hero of Russia and the acting chairman of the Government of the subject of the Russian Federation. This is on the one hand. And on the other side? On the other hand, Ramzan Kadyrov is a person who has terrified this very subject to the last limit. A person whose name is the vast majority of Chechens with horror and hatred. Let him be an important bird. Although it is now an important bird. And ten years ago, the younger Kadyrov was a twenty -year -old boy from the high -mountain village of Centora and, of course, helped his father fight the infidels, but certainly was not allowed to discuss important problems. The maximum that he was probably trusted then was to guard the prisoners of Russian soldiers. And today Kadyrov tells a high -ranking Oon official how Boris Berezovsky sponsored Chechen militants. Say, Berezovsky did not give them money directly, but offered to pay ransom for Russian troops. That is, he was an actual initiator and inspirer of many terrible crimes. In addition, the worthy son of his father accused the former Ichkeria Minister of Culture Ahmed Zakayev of the fact that he was behind the attempt on Akhmat Kadyrov.
The accusations, frankly, are not comic. Moreover, if Kadyrov Sr. “ordered” Zakayev, it turns out that there were no Berezovsky again.
In principle, after the publication of such monstrous facts, Louise Arbur should have immediately contacted the British authorities with a demand to immediately give Russia both criminals. But something tells me that this is unlikely to happen. Ms. Arbur, as I already said, is far from a beginner in his business, so she certainly had to arise a few questions for Ramzan Kadyrov. For example, this: why, in fact, Mr. Deputy Prime Minister was silent for so many years, and did not share this invaluable information with Russian law enforcement agencies when Boris Berezovsky was still within direct reach? Say, in the beginning of 2000, when Grozny was already taken? And one could also ask Kadyrov if he has any documents confirming this version?
I think we can answer this question ourselves - Ramzan Kadyrov does not have, of course, no evidence of the terrible crimes of Boris Berezovsky. And the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office does not, otherwise they would have been presented to the British.
In general, in all this dramatic story, I am most interested in, Ramzan Kadyrov himself came up with a detective about the disgraced oligarch or his Kremlin was numb. I think that the Kremlin is still about Berezovsky, but Ramzan could plunge about Zakayev and independently-he began to talk about Berezovsky, and then he thinks: “Let me say about Zakayev. For persuasiveness. It will not be worse ... "
Yesterday, the apparatus of the presidential envoy to the Southern Federal District Dmitry Kozak distributed a statement from which it follows that the Kozak is going to contact the prosecutor’s office to find out how the promise of Ramzan Kadyrov to expel the Danish humanitarian organizations from Chechnya in connection with the caricature scandal corresponds to Russian legislation.
Ramzan Akhmatovich, dear, do not be such a naive person - do you really believe that this is an accidental coincidence? It is clear that Kozaka was set by Berezovsky. He probably paid him money. So share this information with Louise Arbur. She is still in Russia.
