Vladimir Putin, who headed the list of United Russia, received 71 percent of the vote in the last presidential election.
In the 2003 elections, 37.57 percent of the vote voted for United Russia. The Communist Party received 12.61 percent, the LDPR - 11.45 percent, the Rodina block - 9.02 percent.
