Based on the results of the elections on December 2, four parties went to the State Duma. After the counting of 34 percent of the Bulletin "United Russia" is gaining 63.3 percent, the Communist Party - 11.4, LDPR - 9.5, "Fair Russia" - 7.5.

The turnout exceeded 60 percent.

The best result of parties that did not overcome the seven percent barrier showed an agrarian party - it has 2.5 percent of the vote. The remaining parties receive no more than one and a half percent. In the last place, the Democratic Party of Russia is 0.1 percent of the vote.

The Communist Party, the Union of Right Forces and the Yabloko are going to appeal the election results. Observers from these parties reported numerous violations.

Vladimir Putin, who headed the list of United Russia, received 71 percent of the vote in the last presidential election.

In the 2003 elections, 37.57 percent of the vote voted for United Russia. The Communist Party received 12.61 percent, the LDPR - 11.45 percent, the Rodina block - 9.02 percent.
