The movement “For Human Rights” made a similar requirement, which turned to the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin with a statement on the fact of publication.

The leaders of the "other Russia" Harry Kasparov and Eduard Limonov demand a criminal case against persons "involved in large -scale financial crimes during the latest parliamentary elections."

“Digzons” and human rights activists believe that the most likely reason for the deportation of the journalist from Russia became her articles in the New Times magazine, including the “ Black Cash desk of the Kremlin ” - a journalistic investigation, “dedicated to the illegal financial fraud of the Presidential Administration during the parliamentary election campaign.”

"If the published information at least partially find confirmations, then the right [citizens] was grossly violated to the legal procedure for conducting elections," the statement of the movement for human rights said.

The journalist herself also connects her expulsion with the article "Black Cash desk of the Kremlin." The Russian authorities did not give official explanations.

Moral was detained on Sunday night upon returning from a business trip to Israel. At the Domodedovo airport, border guards said that she was prohibited from entering the territory of Russia. According to the journalist herself, they referred to a certain order of the FSB. Morar had to fly to Chisinau.

The New Times intends to appeal the expulsion of its employee, including in court. This was stated on the air of "Echo of Moscow" by the Deputy editor -in -chief of the magazine Evgeny Albats.

Prior to work in the New Times, Morar was the press secretary of the Coalition “Another Russia”, and even earlier he collaborated with the Mikhail Khodorkovsky Foundation “Open Russia”.
