The first of May is somehow traditionally perceived as a purely domestic fun, but this time the most massive unions of workers took place, oddly enough, abroad. Thus, in Indonesia, more than 100 thousand workers took to the streets to protest against working conditions. A strike of public transport workers was held in Athens. Germany took first place in the May Day ranking - about half a million people there spoke out against unemployment and even had a slight fight with representatives of law enforcement agencies.
