“It’s interesting to talk to an intelligent person” - I’m talking about Dugin.

For a long time, I confess (one of my many stupidities), I did not take him seriously - I seemed too... strange. But when his forecasts began to come true “as if written,” I naturally began to listen and read more carefully to this fiery fascist-National-Bolshevik-imperialist (these are stages of a long journey) and, invariably, a geopolitician.

Recently, a jubilant patriot gave an interview to some Uralpress-Politics website.

“Russia challenged the global American empire and now will pay for it. We have broken our half-slave, half-impertinent behavior, which until the last moment could be compared to the behavior of a naughty child, who, in the main parameters, is insolent to his dad, but obeys in key issues.

Now we have proven that we are dads ourselves and we have our own children, whom we will not harm.”

Everything seems to be true. The only confusing thing is a) to stop “obeying on key issues” - this, in my opinion, does not at all mean PROVING your “maturity”. This may just be an extreme manifestation of the infantilism of a child who has finally fallen into “teenage negativism.” The difference between a “child” and an “adult” is quite obvious - are you ready to BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MARKET? Pay for the direct consequences of your actions? Let's see…

It’s also confusing b) about the fact that “we ourselves are dad.” We ourselves recruited our “children”, and if the “children” of the USA are the Baltic states, Poland, Georgia, then “in the selection of children” we got South Ossetia and Abkhazia...

Georgia is nothing for America. Abkhazia and South Ossetia are even less than for Dugin. But America CANNOT tolerate its own public "shaming" - and "shaming" DEFINITELY occurred.

Why "can't"?

Because of the US IMPERIAL AMBITIONS.

Only “imperial ambitions” is not an insult. This is a statement of the most important principle.

US imperial ambitions = THEIR CREDIT. Credit is political and, ultimately, economic.

The USA took on the role of World Gendarme. The role is difficult, but, as they say, not without reward.

And they, as best they can, maintain order. But in order to support it, to protect the world and receive numerous preferences from the world for this (including financial preferences), the USA must CONFIRM LEADERSHIP. And every poke at them cannot go unpunished - unless they want to LOSE THE CREDIT. Credit of trust, credit of respect, credit of fear. That political-psychological loan that the USA KNOW (but Russia CANNOT!) convert into economic loans.

Unpunished poke. Another. Still - and there is no loan. IMPERIAL BANKRUPTCY. The merchant burst...

Therefore, a “return” from the United States is inevitable. "Challenge and response."

But as for the “military response,” Mr. Dugin is again within the confines of his native 19th century. In vain...

Withdrawal of non-resident capital from the Russian market.

Downgrade of credit ratings of the Russian Federation.

Refusal to provide loans to Gazprom and other borrowers.

Restrictions on the sale of technologies.

Seizure of certain accounts abroad.

These or other methods of influencing oil exporting countries in order to at least briefly bring down the price.

And not a single shot, which Mr. Dugin is so waiting for. Just like against the USSR, not a single shot was fired.

Well, why, in fact, should the United States and Europe fight against Russia on the field of regional military conflicts where Russia is strong?! (Not to mention the ABSOLUTE TABOO on thermonuclear war.) Isn’t it easier to fight where the balance of forces is as follows: RF - 2% of world GDP, USA + EU - 45-50% of world GDP. So let's measure our strength!

This is called SOFT POWER. Mr. Dugin doesn't like her, he prefers to use his fists. And the United States does not like a cavalry charge - at least when it comes to nuclear Russia. And Dugin will not take away the right to choose the field and weapons for the fight from the United States - unless we ourselves FORCE a forceful clash on them... But for some reason it seems to me that the Russian Federation will not agree to this. However, I'm a lousy prophet. Maybe Dugin is better?

Here. Now the MOTIVES for the titanic struggle against external enemies are also clearer.

But then, really, WHY is this all for?

“For Ossetia”? Not funny. It is clearly said: “the fate of their peoples is secondary.”

To show the US that we are adults? Warmer. But again - WHY?

The answer is simple.

No way! Imperial ambitions are SELF-VALUABLE. Self-sufficient, almost religious value in an atheistic society. The pagan god of Pride, and his temples are missile silos.

This answer is clear to millions of our fellow citizens... until it hits them right in the stomach. And this is where the difference between the two Empires lies.

The USA - I repeat once again - IS ABLE TO CONVERT its imperial credit into very real things. In benefits and preferences for your economy. Yes, they do this with great difficulty; many believe that imperial expenses are much higher than imperial incomes. Well, let's just say that until recently they still knew how to do it.

The USSR CAN'T do this. The empire was destroyed by imperial ambitions, the costs of maintaining the empire led it to bankruptcy, and the people to half-starvation.

And only after throwing off the “imperial corvée” did the Russian economy begin to rise by leaps and bounds.

Should the country once again put on the imperial yoke of Greatness, and again feed the people not from the refrigerator, but from TV?

And why?!

And then, to destroy (well, put in a camp) internal enemies, the fifth column.

The liquidation of those who will be “appointed as the fifth column” is not a CONDITION (one of the conditions) of the fight against the external enemy, but the GOAL of the fight. THE REAL GOAL of professional patriots.

It turns out that the main concern mentioned is internment in the camps of bastard liberals. For their patriotic competitors, the primary concern is indeed to “take revenge on the unreasonable Khazars” for all the humiliation in the media and get rid of their competitors completely.

And these are... ALL of Russia’s “strategic goals”?! And for the sake of this - ALL the efforts and risks? Well, there is a transfer to a war footing, a struggle with the whole world, the threat of a hot war, etc. etc? The patriots won’t be able to get into the “box” at a lower cost, or what?

For a certain category of TV citizens, this may very well be the case.

Moreover, these citizens can be quite sincere - as they say, “I do not separate myself from Russia” (more precisely, Russia from myself). “Their struggle” for a place in the “box” seems to them to be a struggle “for Russia.” For saving the Motherland - no less. Only liberals and other scum will fall into the category of “fifth column”.

After all, other influential patriots will want to intern other enemies of the people - the list of patriots is long. And enemies - no less.

Namely: those who are accustomed to the Western way of life (and at the same time can quite sincerely hate the West, and by driving Hummers and copying Hollywood machos, consider themselves cool patriots of Russia).

"Western way of life" is:

- habit of “white man’s life” in everyday life. My brothers, we'll have to tighten our belts - life wasn't like that in 1942. And in 1949 too...

- a habit of freedom of information - for example, the habit of arguing with liberals on forums. No more forums. Just like there are no liberals. There is no one to argue with.

- the habit of a certain INDEPENDENCE FROM THE STATE. In private life. Amba! We drove and arrived. In war it’s like in war.

I'm not even talking about all sorts of nonsense like foreign currency and trading on the stock exchange... Well, this is not even discussed.

The middle class is successfully finished. Today he is a great patriot and nationalist, this Russian middle class - like his colleagues in the West. He willingly hangs flags on his cars, just like in the West. But he is a Russian patriot in the Western style, and not in the Soviet style (guilty, imperial-Soviet). And this number no longer dances - “in war as in war.”

Among our allies in the new rogue International are Hamas and Iran, North Korea and Cuba, Belarus and Venezuela. So - there is (in some places) a market, and even elections. But there is no Western way of life there! And we won’t have it. And there is no middle class in the Western sense. And we won’t have it.

I’m not even mentioning all the nonsense - technology, nanotechnology...

Of all the sciences, we will have oil and gas geology and geopolitics. And of all the feelings - hatred of enemies.
