Ivan Ivanovich Medvedev
The TV channels did not know what to do with this news for the whole day. And not because it is “not news”, but precisely because it was news - and they did not know how to be with it. The interview of Medvedev Chinese television was very frank. We realized that he wants to be president again and that he has even conceptual discrepancies with senior comrade Vladimir. And how to inform Russian viewers about this?
But exactly a day later, Putin said - quite insinuatingly - that he is ready to go for a new term and that it is too early to make, but we need to “shake their site”, and the television people breathed a sigh of relief. They now had both points of view, which they are confused, somehow, but brought to general information.
In general, I am a convinced support of the version about the existence of contradictions in the ruling tandem. Many democratically tuned colleagues and acquaintances laugh at me, believing that “dear scolding - only amuse”, that the cherry of the apple tree does not fall from the apple and these chicks of the nest of Piterov from each other are slightly different. And therefore, they cannot have contradictions.
These are my friends, the message is wrong. The general origin and community of goals does not exclude struggle and even hatred. On the example of the democratic forces of Russia always scolding for any occasion, this can be seen as clearly. But, of course, I agree with the idea that the choice between Putin and Medvedev is not a choice between good and evil. This is at best the choice between kind and evil, but investigators. However, the split in this pair would be all at all into the hands. And there can be no such split! Can't - I'm sure of that!
Do you believe that Medvedev was planted to step in a place, warming the chair until the real owner returned? So it was. Do you think that Medvedev was so chosen into successors, that he is weak, limp, the least ambitious of all and therefore will not grow scolded? It may well be that it was so. But! You cannot underestimate the phenomenon of power. Power is a terrible magnet. This is a narcotic attachment. Russia is not the Czech Republic, where the president spoke with all the protocol pen - and this has become news. Russia is a great power simply in its physical scale. The president’s chair gives his owner a huge power. And being in this chair, with a coat of arms, flag and a nuclear button, a person cannot help but move his mind. Not in the sense that you go crazy, but in the sense of feeling equal to the gods.
Now, on the "cosmic" days, the mannequin Ivan Ivanovich was recalled more than once, who was tested in front of Gagarin. So even Ivan Ivanovich, if he had been in the place of Medvedev, would have inflamed with ambitions. No one, no person, no matter how small he is before, will give such power meekly and joyfully after. And if he poke every day that he is a pawn, that he is a insignificance, that he only has Twitter, that he will tell him, he will do so, he will want to prove the opposite in order not to feel this universal contempt and humiliation. Even if he had previously thought like a clone of Putin, Medvedev simply from the spirit of contradiction sooner or later would have gone into conflict.
All this, I repeat once again, does not mean that Medvedev is a positive hero. That Russia will heal it happily. This does not even say that Putin will not be president again. But this suggests that these two are no longer friends. That there is no unity in this company and that they can not just, but probably await a wide variety of surprises. Well, in any case, I think so.
You say that I give up my desired one. Yes, I give out what I want. Because with all the ghosts of prospects, to agitize this swamp in the near future there is a hope that it will be excited from above. Alas, the experience regarding bloodless changes in our history is not a progressive movement of the masses, but the rocking of the tops. Let it be so. The main thing is not to miss the moment if something real really starts to happen. Under Gorbachev and Yeltsin, such chances were missed.
