United Russia leader Boris Gryzlov said that his party will support Ramzan Kadyrov's candidacy for the presidency of Chechnya, RIA Novosti reports. Still, there is no way to achieve our “vertical” of former Soviet clarity. So guess now, United Russia is voicing the slogan “Kadyrov for President” because the matter is decided, or because he thinks that it is “decided”, and Vladimir Vladimirovich, as usual, is hiding a magic rabbit in his bosom? After all, according to the law, the president must “submit” the candidacy, and the local parliament must approve it.
