In October, the Moscow government canceled the decision to allocate land for a Hare Krishna temple “due to violations... when making the decision on construction.” In fact, this is pure deceit, and the mayor's office reversed its decision, frightened by the violent campaign launched by radical Orthodox organizations. The letter from MARS President Abdulla Nurullayev noted that the mentioned “violations” were not the fault of the Hare Krishnas and believers should not suffer because of mistakes made by city hall employees.
