The process of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Plato Lebedev is close to completion. And in the light of the prosecutor’s desire to hide the accused in jail for another 14 years, I have two questions. First: what are the guilty of Russian society Plato Leonidovich and Mikhail Borisovich for another 14 years? We are talking about the current, second process. Although the first has a lot of questions. It is already clear to everyone that the essence and the letter of the accusation are different things. By the way, with a grinding of Zubny, answering questions about Khodorkovsky, the Prime Minister does not talk about what they are accused of, his theme “Hands in the Blood”, not reflected in the process.

So what is the fault? The fault is that Khodorkovsky and Lebedev did not want to play by concepts. They wanted to create a transparent structure. Is this a serious fault? The cessation of the game on concepts and the beginning of the game by law - it was this process that once began in the United States and subsequently brought the state among the most powerful countries on the globe. Once someone must say "enough." No, perhaps, every particular Russian will prefer to “agree” with an official and policeman, ZhEC and the Country, traffic cop and tax ... Only for some reason, the number of those who are tired of negotiating has been growing recently. The most tired are seaside partisans. The Russian voter was a little less tired of, he was drew to choose those who do not bear any responsibility to him.

So, living in the world of concepts, you cannot retreat from them. And if tired? Tired, you say? And where was you before when you got involved in the game? Yes, we were all and is in one euclidean space. It’s just that we all always think that we can now succumb to circumstances, and then wash ourselves. As a result, everyone hopes that his children will grow up with decent people, but he himself, sorry, will never get out of the web of the concepts that have entangled him. And we live, frantically proud of a great country, in which, as we ourselves know, there is neither order, no law, nor truth ... What are we proud of?

But I will return to Khodorkovsky and Lebedev. Khodorkovsky is accused of political ambitions. I really did not know that in Russia it was a crime ... Then we increased the deadline for the presidency, the elections were turned into some kind of platform circus-is this, from the complete lack of political ambitions? So why can one have ambitions, but others can not be? Consequently, we return to the circle of concepts: what can be a thief in law is impossible otherwise. Sovereign, you see, democracy.

It is embarrassing regularly popping up in Putin’s imagination. If there was at least something, the entire prosecutor’s army would have been promoting it for a long time with its inherent brilliance. Let me remind you between the case that the witnesses of the allegations of the murder recognized that they were stipulated by the direct defendants in the case. And according to the murders, supposedly perfect Pichugin, there are no corpses. Very often you hear that, they say, in the USA Al Capone was also able to land only for tax failure. Khodorkovsky and Lebedev - between the lines - are accused of completely different things.

So, to recognize the correctness of the accusations in the game not on concepts and live until the end of his days in a great country, where there is neither right nor order?

The second question that saddens me is a moral message. Even the most violent opponents of both defendants in the process do not hide the admiration of their manner of holding. Is it necessary to explain that in the eighth year of lack of freedom, in a situation where you practically lost the right to a private life, a sense of dignity, it would seem, is an ornamental thing? These two people retained it. And in the Hamsuda Hall, I periodically have the idea that all the Shokhin-Lamtins-Ibrahimovs primarily strive to suppress this feeling in the defendants. And so nervously react to failures, because they themselves can not maintain self -esteem. It is from this - all the grievances of prosecutors against journalists, spectators, lawyers ... In the end, they are not boys and not girls, everyone does his own job: the prosecutor accuses, the lawyer defends. What is there to be offended by splashing it into the press? The defendants are not offended by boorish tricks, indignant even a judge. Today, the question of preserving self -esteem is immediately before the judge. This is at the court level. Today, the question of self -esteem is facing the president of the country. This is at the state level. And the advantage of each of them is the dignity of the judicial system and the dignity of the country.

Now tell me, in your opinion, you screaming “a thief must sit in prison,” and you, indifferently shrugging your shoulders, say, live with wolves-how to howl, to howl, hold your head and maintain dignity, ponte? Or do the accused keep their heads high from the consciousness of their own rightness, regardless of the term dictated from above? Do you still doubt that the deadline will be diverted from above?

I do not know how this process will end, I can only hope. I perfectly understand that making a decision does not give a damn about my hopes, but there are many people like me. And this process is reputation for Russia. And the great country will not lose in growth, recognizing mistakes. Rather, on the contrary, it will lose in growth, weight and significance, insisting on these mistakes. We follow the readings of the devices ...
