There is no election meaning in speech - the “EP” rating is 70%, the rating of “enemies” (yes, now we can call them that, or rather - now we cannot name them otherwise), even if we include the “enemies” of the Communist Party, 5 times less.

Under no circumstances, the ATP does not fall into the Duma (by the way, for some reason they can be removed from the distance).

So: the result of the elections is a foregone conclusion. So one of the two. Or is it just a ritual speech - an ordinary election event. We talked - forgot.

Or is it a prelude to updating the country. For example, by the beginning of the fight against enemies of the people.
