The results of the week. Too many rats
The tops cannot, and the lower classes do not want to live in the old way. If I am not mistaken, this is how one extremely talented special for combating the regime determined the revolutionary situation. No, this has not yet been happening in Russia. But the last week has quite clearly demonstrated that the tops and bottoms of the Russian power vertical go out of tight control. It all started with the publication in The New Times of the story of several Moscow riot police about their life. It, as it turns out, is quite monstrous. The battalion commander, who considers them his personal slaves, requires bribes and offerings. And the authorities take private orders: sometimes to defeat the market, sometimes protect the merchant, and when to accompany the cargo to Vladivostok. And also steals a little.
It is clear that the exposures themselves are far from angels, that they are led by offense against the commanders who fired them from the police. However, the picture turned out to be very realistic. At least those who go to the opposition rallies can confirm that riot police were extremely accurate and absolutely true described their actions to disperse the “disagreements”.
In my opinion, the most curious here is a demonstration of the degree of decomposition of the elite part. We are talking about real, without any jokes, posts of regime. The hope that the senior police chiefs will give the desired order if necessary, and the OMON commanders will fulfill it implicitly, and turned the Ministry of Internal Affairs into a zone banned for any modernization. For this fidelity, everyone is forgiven by the main police chiefs: terror unleashed by employees of bodies against citizens of the country, gilded beds, which they purchase for their budget money, the inability to withstand these criminals.
At the same time, riot police, it turns out, feed well: 26 thousand - ordinary, 100 - the company commander. In combat army units, such salaries can only dream. Where does this decomposition come from?
And from the execution of lawless orders. Is it really that one of the Russian rulers had the illusion that people who follow obviously lawless orders, dispersing the opposition rallies, lie in the most arrogant way when drawing up protocols on “disagreements”, in all other cases, as well as revealing this law, as well as to their official duties. In my opinion, another logic works here: large bosses use us to solve their purely private selfish problems (for example, preservation in power), so why we do not solve our own selfish problems with the same manner. However, I note that this semi -bank symbiosis is possible only as long as the interests of riot police and the authorities coincide. When there is neither respect for the law, nor fidelity of the oath, the Putin Praetorians will not move a finger, so that at some critical moment to begin to save the power that is deeply despised.
So, the basis of the regime, as we see, is not composed of granite. But at the same time, strange fluctuations occur at the top of the Putin vertical. Sergei Mironov, the third-fourth person in the state, until recently the most important Putinets, suddenly stated that, to say scary, he sometimes did not agree with the father of the state and the national leader on certain issues: “We categorically disagree with the budget that Vladimir Putin introduced, so we voted against. We do not agree with the anti -crisis measures that Vladimir Putin proposed, and therefore we proposed our anti -crisis plan. Therefore, to say that we, and personally, I support Vladimir Putin in everything, this is already outdated information. By the way, in a large extent, we have contradictions due to the fact that Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin headed the opposition for us and unacceptable in ideology with some kind of dubious conservatism the United Russia party. Well, a little more, and the prophecy of Andrei Piontkovsky will come true, and all of them will slam: "Our father turned out to be not a father, but a snack."
And I perfectly understand that the leaders of United Russia (having received, of course, the go -ahead from his leader) attacked Mironov quite sincerely. How so, in joyful oil years, they had fun together, and now this renegade pretends that I am not me, and the horse is not mine. This was especially accurate with Andrei Isaev: “At the time of the election to the State Duma, Mironov and his supporters stated that, without supporting United Russia, they somehow manage to support Putin. Now, when Mironov believes that a crisis arose and that, as it seems to him, the situation has staggered, he, like a rat, is trying to escape from the ship. True, he forgot that the ship does not sink. " Everything in this quote is wonderful. And pathos, and images. It was especially successful about a ship that does not sink. However, Stop, I have already heard something about rats this week. Oh yes, “if you have started a rat, then it started” - so, according to The New Times, commented on the situation with the disgraced special forces by the head of the Moscow riot police, General Vyacheslav Haustov. Something a lot of rats has divorced, gentlemen.
