Police officers Starkov and Ryabov - both serve in the private security department at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Basmanny District of the capital - attacked 12-year-old schoolboy Nikita Gladyshev. The boy was detained at the entrance of his house, severely beaten and taken to the police department in handcuffs. It is not even clear what was the reason for such atrocity. Now the boy is in the hospital with a severe concussion. What will happen next is unclear. According to the parents, they were offered money to hush up the incident, but they filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
