You have agreed on a rally on the Revolution Square on Saturday December 10 at 14:00. You (and not the applicants) limited the number of the rally by 300 participants. It is already obvious that the number of participants in the rally will much exceed 300 people. Ensuring the legality and law and order, as well as the safety of citizens, is the area of ​​responsibility of the authorities and you personally.

Rumors about repair work on the Revolution Square that appeared in the media, that the city hall and the police will stop the accumulation of a large number of people, as well as the information that is common in the media about a different place of the rally create a deliberately nervous atmosphere and in this difficult situation look like a provocation by the authorities.

I demand to give official clarifications immediately.
