Therefore, one of the main tasks of the summit, according to its organizers, is to create an instrument that will force OIC members to fulfill their obligations. It is necessary to change the charter, create structures capable of monitoring the implementation of decisions. Moreover, the meeting participants will adopt the Meccan Declaration, designed to become the basis of a moderate course opposing extremism both within Islam and against it.
