The stricter the taboo, the more radical its violations will be. After all, Muscovites will not refuse the usual firecrackers and fireworks under any circumstances. “We will not ban the use of firecrackers, but it is necessary to teach Muscovites how to use them correctly,” said Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov.
