Says and implies Moscow
The famous political scientist Gleb Pavlovsky published a wonderful article in Vedomosti. It is an excerpt from his new book with a clearly mocking heading “Brilliant power!”. So that there is no doubt about who the malicious exclamation mark belongs, the author gives the subtitle: “The Dictionary of the Kremlin’s abstractions”.
In stores, I have not seen this book yet, but I will see - I will certainly buy it. Judging by the abstracts, it is small and written in hot pursuit. There are at least two of them, the hottest. The first is obvious to everyone: Putin goes to the Kremlin ahead. About the second trace a little later.
The article by G. Pavlovsky is so attractive that I want to quote it tirelessly. Not only that the author knows Putin’s power along and across, so he is also in the blow. Shiny aphorisms replace one another. It begins simply cool: “What is the splendor of the Russian government? She is obviously on the shoulder. "
The whole article is about Putin. There are many nasty things, but everything is packed in compliments. For example: "Putin is a master of the ambiguity that he himself provokes." Or: “Putin’s decisions made are not in essence - these are only temporary measures, they are all reversible.” We will transfer to a simple language. The first means that Putin is dark. The second is that a liar.
If the author wrote a scientific work indifferent to lexical beauty, then the word “Putin” would be densely lit up by all pages. But the author honors the laws of high literature, which is why, in addition to the name of his hero, he elects several transparent and harmonious substitutions. The main one is “power”. For example: "Considering itself ultra -comprehensive, the authorities neglected simple management competence." It is said gracefully, but it only means that the same specific simplefille imagines himself erudite.
However, you yourself can easily translate into a generally perplexed speech such maxims as “the authorities of the authorities are always ready to show competence in things, the existence of which did not know about yesterday” or “the authorities feels oh-oh-very wise, infinitely learned more than everyone who advises her.” And you will see that the actual power as a system has nothing to do with it. For no “oh-oh-”, the totality of levers of public administration, you yourself understand, is not capable of. This is a zone of feelings, a field of personal views, an exceptional prerogative of the human being.
The second of the leading euphemisms that replace the own name “Putin” in this article is the pronoun “we”. For example: "We are altogether of unprecedented projects that we select in a secretly random way." Or: "As a criminal crire in a casino, we put and put on ourselves."
Who are we? From the context, it follows irrefutably that G. Pavlovsky does not classify this “we” in any way. Frankly, I am too. Yes, and many of those who read these lines are now mentally exclaiming: “Chur me!” Therefore, such aphorism as: “We have long abandoned the assessment of alternatives in exchange for the comfort of rapid response” - it has nothing to do with you. And it should be read like this: “Putin has long, making important state decisions, does not consider different options. He simply blows the first thing that will embroider in his head, knowing that no one would dare to object. ”
Of the secondary euphemisms of the author, we also note such as Medvedev or Surkov. That is. Both Medvedev and Surkov are in nature. The author does not deny the reality of these persons as a way of the existence of protein bodies. But he categorically refuses them to independently political being. According to the author, all the thinking Russia, and even more so Moscow, has long been speaking, Medvedev, implies - Putin.
It is time to note that the picture of the future, drawn by G. Pavlovsky, is terrible. If you collect all these “power”, “we”, “Medvedev”, “surkov” and even Putin under his own name, then the author’s warning will be clear. Namely: a formidable danger hung over Russia. In the coming years, she, apparently, will fall under a person who is not restrained by the power of a person who is not not not for the narcissistic, ignorant, stubborn, false and not in a penny that he saddled.
How and when did G. Pavlovsky come to the conclusion that the continuation of the Putin regime will bring Russia big troubles? Judging by the fact that the book that he managed to write, even if he was witty, but thin, it happened recently. That is, approximately when it was immersed from the register of fatty -fed Kremlin fortune -tellers and stargazers.
And this is the second fresh trace worthy of close public dying. It is known that G. Pavlovsky made a worthy personal contribution to the formation of the Putin regime. For many years, with inexhaustible ingenuity, he found sophisticated, sometimes sketchy arguments to justify the policy that there could be no excuse. He pronounced Putin’s name with a barely noticeable, but still sacred trepidation, and he willingly responded to the dubious nickname “The Rupor of the Kremlin”.
In the weeks of vulgar theatricality, when the puppet president was lying Vanka about what he “still thinks”, Pavlovsky made recklessness. He stated that he put on Medvedev and that Putin should leave. The star of political science was immediately immersed from advisers, the score is morally and financially. By this time, judging by the numbers, the beginning of his work on the book “Brilliant Power! The Kremlin’s abstractions dictionary ”, which either came out, or is about to be released in the European Publishing House. Let Putin see which friend he lost and what enemy he made.
Is it not going to publish the book of relevant works by V. Novodvorskaya? Over the past twenty years, she accumulated many winged words about the genius of the Russian authorities, and about the abstractions of the Kremlin. Only this is unlikely. Nothing sensational happened to Valeria Ilyinichnaya. She did not move anywhere, was not subjected to flashes of sudden insight. She always knew the true price of Putin himself, his gabash roots and did not hide it from anyone. What was, she remained. That is, there is no information occasion to publish it.
In our political culture, defectors have long been using some particularly perverted love. Having Bukovsky and Sakharov, they prefer Yeltsin. For accession in Russia, order and honesty make an idol from the rogue lover. Either ashamed and recollected, or sensing the inevitability of imminent changes with a distant instinct, the noticeable personalities of the regime are dumped from the Putin gallery - who is quiet, when the moon came up for the cloud, some in the bright light of the day and with the cries of a delayed curse. With scandals, the “batch of thieves and crooks” of the ballerina Anastasia Volochkova left the scandals. Gleb Pavlovsky slapped the publishing door. Obviously, Antiputinskoy was sang Andrey Makarevich. The progressive public of the rays of Pravda in the laureate speech of the famous Leonid Parfyonov greeted the progressive public by the progressive public.
Of course, if you rummage carefully, then there is nothing new in these scandalous revelations. The authors of a number of publications, including this magazine, have already set forth, developed and proved those truths with which only now other celebrities come to the light of many years. The main difference is in the starting position. We do not fit under the "we." We have never fascinated by alpha-samers and never ate from their hands.
There can be no question of pushing G. Pavlovsky or L. Parfyonov from democratic ranks with squabble claims such as “you were not here!”. It’s just wonderful that such thin and talented people, like A. Makarevich, are now again singing “not with us”, but in their own conscience. But with the decay and subsequent breakdown of the Putin regime, the masses of gray adapters and hopeless villains will flee. Like Luzhkov, who splashed in an immense flattery for two decades and suddenly discovered himself thrown out, Putin will make for himself a lot of openings of the wonderful, which he has not yet suspected. This will be a new front, and the mud of recent sung to the fallen leader, he will find it diligently from caustic concentrated slander - well, about the same as Putin does with his once gambling burely guardian.
These masses can do everything. Repented television will help them. And when the long -awaited truth about Putin will drown in the streams of obscene fiction, the same V.I. Novodvorskaya will say with its inherent tact:
- Yes, shut up you, jackals! Putin is Putin, but he never drank the blood of freshly rounded babies at night.
